Before, it was buy 2, get one free which really helps us out. But Tarriffs?? Really?? You don’t have supplies in warehouses that were already here?? And besides, the tariffs are fluctuating all the time as far as how much Trump and the xoorts are deciding ?!? Just really disappointing in your company for not looking out for your customers”

We understand your concerns regarding the additional charges. The recent tariff implementations have unfortunately affected many industries, including ours, and we’ve done our best to minimize the impact on our customers. With that being said, we recognize how important transparency and fairness are—especially to our valued customers like yourself.
May 12, 2025: A temporary 30% tariff adjustment went into effect for a 90-day period.
These ongoing changes have led to substantial cost increases across the category. To help offset a portion of this impact, we’ve applied a 10% tariff surcharge. While this doesn’t fully cover the added costs, we continue to absorb the majority to minimize disruption to your business and maintain the product quality and consistency you expect. We have been being charged the tariff amounts since the beginning of March.

“Not your fault but I had to pay $130 in duties on the hair so didn't really same much money at all unfortunately. I've never had to pay duty on something so light weight so just unfortunate, will review the hair when it is recieved.”

“The tape ins are very nice, however I was told that all the hair sold has a body wave or body to it. I was expecting and hoping for a wave pattern at the least. They are straight. Will work with what I was given but disappointed somewhat. The quality is excellent though.”
