“Overall I’m satisfied with everything. My only ‘complaint’ is the shipping. I wish there was another option that was cheaper. I don’t usually need my products within 2-3 days so a longer shipping time would work for me. I just hate paying $20 shipping on $30-40 worth of product.”

“Lately I have been noticing that some packs of extensions the tapes don’t hold the hair and when you are going to retape the extensions break, also they loose a lot of hair and shrink. They use to make them much stronger.”

“I received personal assistance and was very pleased. I have installed the Smart part topper twice now. Good quality hair, just wish it had a little more density. The virtual class was very personal and all my questions were answered. I also wish the volume topper offered a longer length, at least 20 inches.”
