“Hello First they sell great products at a competitive price. More than that their customer services are excellent! I ordered the wrong colour x 3 of the product I use, I asked if I could send it back, I received a swift response giving me a link to their return service which is SO easy to use. I was delighted to receive this simple resolution to a problem of my own making. I thoroughly recommend this company. A big thank you to Josh in customer services.”

“Hi, I live in France and it's easier for me to ring to place a small order.........I'm not in the hairdressing business, the colour is just for myself, personally. I'm always treated as though I'm a special big business customer rather than just 6 tubes ! During many years everyone has been very helpful.......thank you. But last week I spoke with Josh, he was outstanding, especially as one colour was out of stock and I needed guidance to a similar colour. He has great patience , and is absolutely charming. “When my order went missing in post I contacted Hairdressing Supplies. I had a quick reply apologising (even though it was the fault of Royal Mail) and was assured they would send a new order out with another delivery company. I was kept upto date and my order arrived in a couple of days I was genuinely surprised at the professional yet friendly and caring service. A big thank you to Josh. 😊”

Hi Luiz I am sorry hat you've had an issue with delivery, but we have actually tried to get in touch with you about this at the end of last week as your address was inputted incorrectly when you ordered.
