“We have not received our order 3 days after paying for next day delivery”

Hi Luiz I am sorry hat you've had an issue with delivery, but we have actually tried to get in touch with you about this at the end of last week as your address was inputted incorrectly when you ordered. We have since amended it with the courier and are awaiting an update with this We appreciate your patience Many thanks Josh Hairdressing Supplies

“I did initially leave a review saying that the parcel took forever to come - I paid £4 for delivery that took 8 days to arrive because the courier (APC) was so rubbish and didn't actually knock on my door, and every time I called them up to get the delivery address changed to my work address, it didn't work, so I called them again to change the safe place, and they said it needed signature, then said it didn't, then I called them another 3 times and they kept telling me different information. It finally arrived, and upon opening it, its only part of what I was hoping to receive, as it didn't say on the website anywhere that it only works in conjunction with some sort of developing gel. Though not the fault of the company, I'd love to send it back, because I literally can't use it and am definitely not ordering the other item because I'll not receive that for another week, but I so cannot be bothered to deal with all of the hassle of sending the unused package back to them, after seeing how terrible the courier was. The item was only £2.77, and £4 for the worst delivery service I've ever seen. £6.77 for the biggest headache ever :((((((”

“The delivery company you use which is dpd are awful had a horrendous experience with them I almost had to cancel a days worth of clients due to their delivery driver going to the wrong location three attempts it took and when I rang your office and left a message in desperation to ask for help on where my order was and if you could help no one got back to me I ordered the colour well in advanced awful service”

“Nothing to do with the supplier but don’t know why it’s sent with DPD they are usless I waited home following tracking for parcel & they never knocked, but txt saying I refused my parcel, rediculous. So no parcel no refund no reply from the company”

“I used them before and I was fine but this one batch really messed up my skin the back of my neck burnt and because it dripped onto my skin It’s gave me a rash that’s itchy and it literally burns to touch I want my money back”

“Almost one week after my purchase and nobody knows where is my order. Called customer services more then 3 times and they only said they will check and fill now any feedback. The delivery company said they don't have any order collected. Hope I can get what I bought. A bad first experience.”

“Bad .. small Leak in shampoo about 25 Ml lost of 1000 ml.. had to wash it off as it was sticky .. now they are asking for proof it really leaked.. some level of trust and understanding would be nice”

“VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT MY SCHWARZKOPF COLOUR WENT FROM £5.49 TO £8.99 IN JUST ONE WEEK AND NO ONE INFORMED ME BY EMAIL OR TEXT THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING HAD ALWAYS BEEN REALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE UNTIL THIS.”
