“Although experience was good the delivery driver delivered my goods to my Nextdoor neighbour and didn't leave a card saying that, it took 2 weeks to get my goods from them.”

“I ordered hair colour and emulsion which was delivered in a few days. I was sent the incorrect emulsion due to a mix-up of codes on the website. I contacted Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln and a helpful person organised the correct emulsion to be sent straight away. I was pleased with the overall efficient and friendly service and despite the slight hiccup with the initial order, would order products again.”

“Hi.. I normally do all my ordering on the phone but choose to do on line.. All went ok but I did have a 10% discount voucher that you sent me and I couldn’t use it which was frustrating… Alison Richardson”

Hi Alison, Sorry to see you had an issue with a code. looking at your last order with us you checked out as a guest. To use a discount code you would need to be logged into your account for it to work if the code you tried to use doesn't have an expiry date or the expiry hasn't passed you will still be able to use this code on your next order. ^Steven

“Amazing products! But please use a different delivery service DPD gave me time slots for 3 different days never showed up finally on the 4th day they did but parcel box was trashed x”

“Great, except for DPD delivery. The delivery charge was expensive and DPD didn't even attempt to deliver it. I had to pick up the item from royal mail depot. Aside from that I would definitely use Hairdressing Supplies again, albeit I'd use a different shipping option.”

“Initial pricing was excellent, however, cant understand why there was an additional tax at checkout. Still placed the order, Delivery were prompt and goods extremely well packaged. will probably use this company again when they have another offer on the goods that I use.”
