“The courier company that was used (dpd) was extremely poor. Somehow they got my address wrong so I did not receive my Halloween costume in time for Halloween despite ordering it in good time. As a result I am returning it. I would appreciate an update when it is received & would like to know when I will be refunded.”

“Item was ordered and paid extra delivery charge to have it delivered on the 30th of October and received an email from DPD to say it was to be delivered on 30th. No sign of costume so went to DPD on 31st October and they couldn't locate the package. It was delivered on 2nd November, obviously too late for Halloween. It was a costume for my son whom needless to say was left very disappointed.”

“Costume was very big and I ordered a small, came with no stockings, hat or gloves and it had in the description it comes with all of these items. Very bad service!”

“I was extremely disappointed with my order. It arrived on time on Tuesday 27th October but on opening two items of the costume were missing. I ordered a Baby Women's Adult costume which should have contained a bonnet, dress and pantaloons. The only item in the package was a dress. I have tried on numerous occasions since Tuesday to contact Halloween HQ in Ireland by phone and email and have not got a reply. I would not recommend buying online with Halloween HQ.”

“Still waiting delivery of a costume I ordered on friday and tomorrow is Thursday so the next day delivery was false advertisement! And also the costume I ordered came up out of stock so I picked another but d emails says the original costume is coming so to be honest I don't even know which 1 is goin to be delivered!”

“Not happy as my halloween costume came on the 27th of october 2015 and it was missing its headpiece off my costume and it says on the bag it was included i paid a fair anout of money for this and halloween is in 4 days and need the costume for it”

“Your courier has given my package to a person who has nothing to do with myself and I have never been informed that the package has been delivered. I expect this to be resolved soon and to have my items today as said on your website. As i expect the products to be good, the service has certainly let me down.”

“Sat in all day from work waiting on my delivery which never arrived. When I rang dpd I was told they arrived at 1.30 but the gate was locked and they had no contact details to ring me. What idiots can't send on all contact information to the courier company there dealing with. Pissed off”

Hello Keith, Sorry to hear that DPD did not manage to deliver to you on that day. Unfortunately when you ordered you did not leave us your contact number on the checkout page, so we had no details to pass on. “Well bought costume on line but need to change it but have to wait till I receive return form for ur website ???? Which I won't get till Tuesday as I gave my work email so I cou print it off but not in work till Tuesday ????????so thk it's a pain as have to wait as anxious to get my son sorted 4 Halloween ????????”

“I ordered three costumes witch arrived on Tuesday. An adults pirate costume, kids wizards costume and a childs red ninja costume. The ninja one is for a five year old and has already ripped in some places the belt on the chest plate has come of I had to sew it back on after an hour and the foam padding on the chest plate is coming away from the material. The wizards costume came with a Velcro tipped belt the problem is when the Velcro touches the costume it fray's the material so it looks tatty. The adults male costume is very childish looking. I wouldn't order from this store again there's much better quality out there for the same price.”

“I am missing tiara off the delux Sofia the first toddler costume they said they would send it out out on Tuesday and never have. I emailed an hour ago havnt heard anything back yet absolutely disgusted”
