We picked up a toy and under it was a explosive bag whwn we placed it back down the bag exploded and they charged us money for their fault!

I ordered on Tuesday 24th and paid next day delivery and still haven't received my order even though dispatched Thursday absolute joke..

I was to receive my delivery on Thursday rang customer service they promised it would be out Friday and yes here I am no costume and it's Halloween. Very hard to get through to on the phone

I didn't receive my costumes I ordered for my little boys. So upset, my 3yr old was so excited to be batman, the couriers lost the package. Totally unacceptable.. I think you need new couriers. Jenni in Halloween HQ was very helpful, it's not her fault I know but unfortunately with having been totally let down at the last minute I will not be buying from you ever again.

Still waiting for my delivery nearly a week later even tho they say next day delivery. Have one very disappointed child who cannot dress up like she wanted. Not impressed will not be ordering again. Have emailed twice and no response very bad form 😡

I placed an order for 2 children's costumes last Wednesday (5 days ago). I got an email to say they were despatched 4 days ago. The costumes haven't been received. I phoned twice and had to leave 2 voicemails enquiring as to where the costumes are? There was no option to speak to anyone. No one has phoned me back and the costumes haven't arrived yet - very disappointed and dissatisfied with total lack of customer service!

Placed order Wednesday 26th before 3pm, for next day delivery as promised on website.Costume was not delivered until 28th at 11.45, my daughter wasn't able to wear the costume to school that day.

Still waiting for my halloween parcel a week after ordering it. tracked it and it said held at DPD since last Friday

I ordered the costume and paid for it on the 25th October the site said next day delivery I taught great I needed it for Friday the 28th , Monday is Halloween and a bank holiday and still have NOT received the costume will I be shopping with you again No I will not and I will be expecting for a full refund

I bought a killer clown costume from the store it looked amazing and everything but when I took it out of the bag at home it only had half the contents it was a complete ripoff never waste your money there

The costume was ripped I went to Dindrum to get another one and they wouldn't take it so I had to buy another costume I'm still waiting on the email to send the riped one back no service at all would never use Halloween hq again

I am so dissapointed and v angry!, I ordered a broken doll outfit for my daughter size 8-10 and it said so on the packet. It arrived v promptly which was great but when she tried it on it was tiny. The label says age4-6 !! It ruined her day as she was supposed to dress up for school today. I wouldn't use this site again.

Unfortunately I wont be ordering from Halloween HQ again. The costumes look nothing like wat they are onthe pactage. Had to go out and buy 2 while new costumes for my children. Sorry Halloween HQ

I incorrectly made a duplicate order (didn't realise the first one had gone through correctly). I immediately emailed to cancel the order. I have received one order however I have been charged for two orders. I have emailed twice and called and left two messages but nobody has gotten back to me. Very dissatisfied with service and will be taking this further if I do not hear back by end of today.

I was charged twice for the product. Emailed the company twice, still haven't heard anything back. If I don't get a reply from my emails within the next three days I will be pursuing this further.
