“Ordered batwoman dress. Delivery was prompt. Happy with that however not true to size. Ordered size m (10-14) definitely much smaller. I’m only size 8 bought it to go over my clothes for dress up day in the school I work at but it’s really small. 😢”

“Was pleased with the quality of the costume but my only problem with ordering online was my order said XL (11-14) but the package said (14-16). Bit to big and had to make alterations to it.”

“received my costume today, it is what i expected it to be, the harlequin outfit, i noticed that the white part for the skirt has what looks like tan marks on it. i find this very bad you your part, i didn't pay for a used, stained item.”

“The item I wanted was only available online, and not in the store, which I visited with my 4 children and purchased over 100 euro worth of costumes!! I was happy with the prompt delivery of my purchase, but was disappointed with the fact that the click and collect service was not available this year. As a result I had to pay the delivery charge on the small item!!”

“Item was 10euros dearer than other sites but i went with HQ because they had the size. When i received the item it was ok quality but smaller than expected. The size was 6-8 and i have a slim 6year old and its too small. There was no returns slip in package or details how i can return it so i have to go back on website. Its inconvenient as i dont know will i have it back in time for halloween.”
