“When I am told I will have an order on next day delivery, I would expect to have it the next day or I would not put in the order. My order was a day late and my child did not have his outfit for Halloween dress up in school.”

“I ordered fake blood for Halloween but The pack had burst and nearly all the fake blood had spilt out of it and onto the other products I had ordered”

“Halloween HQ made a big deal on their site about ordering before the countdown clock goes to 0. There were hours left on the Monday I ordered with a promise my order would be delivered by Wednesday. Middle of the day (wed) I got an email to say they were delighted to say my order has now been dispatched.”

“Qualified for next day delivery as I ordered before 3pm, not only did I not recieve it the following day which was bad enough I did not even recieve it the second day, paying that amount of money and being held up that long is disgraceful, no discount, no apologies nothing from company as compensation. If I had to have none it would have been the third day I would relieve my order I would not have bothered ordering.”

“firstly I did not receive next day delivery as promised the costume was a day late and my son was very disappointed with the costume it looked nothing like its picture and while I would not expect great quality from a 28.00 euro costume it was even worse than expected.”

“Goods dispatched on a two day service instead of a one day service, despite the online guarantee that orders placed by a certain deadline would be guaranteed delivery the next day. So we did not receive a goods in time for our Halloween party”

“Poor quality for the price. I am a size 12, the dress was supposed to be size 12 to 14, iT was more like size 8 to 10. Ridiculous sizing, cannot wear it.”

“Boys pirate costume didn't come with eye patch or sword as per photo. Very misleading. Girls pirate costume wouldn't fit my 2 year old. I purposely got the bigger size so I wouldn't have this problem. She couldn't wear it ????”

“It was a though the jacket I ordered had been drenched in petrol when I got it , material not great for the price either . On the bright side delivery was relatively quick and the product was close enough to what I was hoping for”

“Delivered on time but there was a rip in the stitching along side of the costume when I opened the packaging. Needed it for the next day so I couldn't return it. Worn for a few hours the next day and the stitching in the crotch of the outfit completely tore apart. Quality of costume definitely did not match the price. Will think twice about buying outfit from here again”

“Costume arrived and I ordered medium which was 5-7 but the bottoms were a small in the packet and the top was medium and as I didn't have time to send them back I had to make do. So won't get another wear out of them.”

“I am giving you a normal rating because although the shopping experience online was very positive, when I received my ghouls costume for my 9 year old boy a few days ago, the costume was dirty with stains of what look like face paint and general dirt all over the front of it. I have had to clean it because he needed the costume this week for school, otherwise I would have returned it as it was not at all acceptable to receive it in that condition.”

“I was told in the shop that I could order online and that there was free delivery. When ordering my product it didn't give me the option of free delivery or even standard delivery. Only next day delivery which was 3.00 Euro. My product still hasn't arrived but that is now down to currier problems. The staff in the shop in liffy valley were amazing and so helpfull. The atmosphere was great and customer service was outstanding. But online shopping was not great”
