“Order arrived damaged. The Wine box advertised on your website is completely different to the one I received. Which is cheaply made and rather vulgar. The vintage displayed on the bottle on your website is 2012. You sent me 2018, which is not a great year. And can be bought for half the price of the 2012 vintage. Thoroughly dissatisfied and now have to try and find another gift for a Birthday present. May I suggest that you update your advertising pictures. Nowhere does it say “ the wine box and bottle of wine you will receive may not be the same as advertised” neither does it state the pictures are for “display purposes only”.”

Your website and actual hampers were pretty much identical. Our daughter was extremely happy and said how yummy the hamper of chocolates were. Thanks for your quick respose to my emails too and the fast tracking for such a late order, which actually was delivered a day earlier.. which was wonderful. “I thought I ordered a hamper with M&S online, and so was surprised when I had confirmation of the order from Hampergifts and felt I should have been notified that M&S were using this service. Some of the items had also been substituted, so not all the items on the contents list were included. Hampergifts should inform the purchaser if substitutions will be made. It is hard to believe that all the items on the contents list fit inside the hamper when you see the image.”

“Absolutely fabulous, a much appreciated cheese & wine gift. Bought for my 71 year old Dad who is not that easy to please 😁 He was delighted and when asked what it had in he said, “Everything! Cheese, wine, crackers, chutney; just everything. It’s like an 80th birthday present.” He sounded a bit overwhelmed. Delivery was first class. I got an email to say I’d be notified of a one hour delivery slot. I’d been able to give recipients phone number too so he got a text. And because I was notified by text I could tell my Mum too. Highly recommend, will certainly order another from this company.”

“I've purchased two hampers over a duration of a month, both as gifts for different people for different occasions, both have been very well received. Delivery is pricey but worth it, you are informed on the products status at pretty much all stages, on the day of delivery you're given a time of when the hamper will be expected to arrive. You have the option to leave with a neighbour/change the address if there are any last minute changes or concerns. The hampers themselves are beautifully packaged, one arrived in a box, not sure about the other - wrapped in clear packaging, attractive ribbon, all contents placed inside a nice basket. The food and drink included in the hampers went down very well, good feedback so far - tasty, luxurious, etc. Hampers purchased: Emerald and Amber Overall: happy with the process, quality of product and so happy to have this option available during this time (COVID-19 lockdown).”
