“Jewellery i had made was amazing. i can't fault the quality of work.
But sadly, when I ordered the self fill necklaces, I didn't receive the tools to fill with my mums ashes. After contacting them and asking for this to be sent out, I still haven't received this. 3 weeks later, I had to do this myself with a needle..”

As confirmed in our previous emails with yourself, the self-fill kit was dispatched to the address you requested on the 4th of October. Unfortunately, it seems the kit has gone missing in the post, and we are very sorry that you had to manage without it.
