Remaining ashes were sent back in their original tin and the finishing product was more than I could have ever imaged. Everything came beautifully packaged, even the pot to put the ashes in which meant a lot. I was kept informed every step of the way and it was dispatched on the day initially said.
The bracelet is really good quality, looks better in real life and smells amazing (leather one) and my wife loves it.
