“I purchased 3 pendants with my Dads finger print for my mum sister and myself, in 2017. Unfortunately my sister has lost hers and was very upset. I have also lost my dad’s prints. I was devastated. I contacted Hands on Heart and they had my Dads prints on file, phew.

There was a predicted delivery date by which I would receive the necklace when I placed the order. It is a gift for my Mum following my Dads death as a keepsake of the man she was married to for 66 years so was extremely important to me that I knew when it would arrive.
