“A handy tool to have when required to submit a RAMS document. Always looks amazing and professional! Only problem I have is adding the additional personnel and sub contractors. I always end up with adding someone without a name or company or a company without a name....or just not listed at all! Bit hit and miss. However the rest of this really makes up for it and I'm proud to send it on to our clients.”

Hi Steve, Thanks for the review, we really appreciate your good feedback. To help with adding personnel, I recommend checking out the main 'Personnel' tab on the top banner of the page. In there you can control your account's library of personnel - remove any duplicates and edit any you added through the projects tab. That way your personnel will automatically appear when you start typing their name to added them to a project. Hope that is helpful and thanks for choosing HandsHQ! Lauren @ HandsHQ

“I found I very helpful I'm new to Method statements and risk assessments .However I think there needs to be some more information as to why and what information is needed for beginners like myself.I had to go to another site to understand further what was needed for a method statement.”

“Good software but expensive for small companies and not keen on the limits set. 1 RA a month is no good for a small company that undertakes a lot of small projects that require many RA’s. We sometimes need to produce 15 or more a month. 3 out of 5 - good software, poor valve for us and limited use.”

“Great idea, needs polishing. I advise to go through all text before sending it to your client. The grammar and spelling is fairly poor in places. Some sentences are even missing words. Not very professional in my opinion to be handing over documents with poor spelling and grammar.”

“Very helpful and useful software which I will most definitely use again. Very quick and particular and covers all bases. Only downfall is the cost for using this service! We would use it a lot more if the cost was reduced or if more projects were available for the amount charged.”
