“I previously used the Chas system which for a sole trader was difficult enough but this new system is way to complex. For small organisation its a complete nightmare as geared to large organisations who have people whos jobs are to do this H+S processes but for small outfits this is in addition to the day job. Not user friendly, not set up for small jobs and is very cumbersome.”

“I signed up to the HandsHQ monthly subscription thinking that I would be able to produce a CPP - it was not clear on the website that this is only possible on an Annual Pro license. In the help section there is a question in there that deals with this but it is buried deep. I think this is misleading and a deliberate tactic by HandSHQ - it should be more transparent. Or, there should be an option to purchase this function as a one off/an upgrade with in the monthly packages in line with the level of subscription.”

We only offer the CPP templates on our Pro Annual package as an add-on to the RAMS, since setting up the additional module and template is a manual process.
