“Be sure to read the fine print!!! I ordered 6 swim bottoms according to the size chart provided. It was the $10 sale...I was so excited, as Hapari swimwear is excellent quality. (I typically order the tankini tops and decided with the $10 sale that I would try the bottoms.) The bottoms are too small!!! Although it says return, they will not accept the return because if you read the fine print, it allows for returns only up to a certain discounted rate! So frustrating!”
“I was supposed to get my order in 5-7 days. I ordered on May 25th its June 6th and still hasn't even shipped. I was super disappointed this didn't come even remotely close to when it was supposed to which is frustrating when it's the first thing I've paid shipping for in forever. However, the customer service was great! As soon as I reached out they quickly fixed the problem!”
“I ordered a Large in the tankini and it was snug. I'm usually a size 8 but sized up. The large said it was a 12/14. Unfortunately with the 10$ sale it can't be returned. Definitely need to size up by 2 I guess. It's very colorful and it was upsetting that it didn't fit.”

“The swimsuits are a nice quality but they don't fit as well as I'd like (small in the bust). I would try to exchange them to try out a different size but the return and exchange policy isn't as easy as most online shops, and I would need to pay for shipping again. I wish I would have looked at that more carefully before ordering.”

“The swim suits are good quality and fit well. However, the shipping was slow and expensive. I paid almost $20 for shipping and it took 6 business days (8 total days) for the order to arrive. I would order more if the shipping wasn't so crazy.”

“I am 5'5" and 120lbs and I usually wear a small or an extra small. I ordered a small from Hapari. It was my first time ordering and the package came very quickly and was in good shape. However, the top I got was too small for me. It ended up being fine because my sister wore it and it was perfect for her. You should probalby order a size up.”

“I have always loved Hapari swimwear. But my most recent order was a bit disappointing. One item I ordered in medium (same size as many previous items) was so tiny I couldn't even get it over my head (since it was on sale the return shipping costs would be higher than the tankini value).. Another item was in stock when I ordered, but sold out before they packed my order (10 days later). They didn't notify me and shipped the order without the item. When I received the order there was a note and they gave me a refund to order another item. But by that time the sale was over and I would have to pay another shipping charge. Not the end of the world, but clearly not the quality I've been used to from Hapari.”

I did not get one of the tops that I ordered and now have a bottom that matches nothing else. The quality is great! Just frustrated that I never had a option to no longer get the first item and / or cancel the other item that now matches nothing!”
