“As a podiatrist, I can’t recommend HLS highly enough. Good instruction on how to measure children’s feet, all shoes are internally measured as makes do vary. Much better than going to a shop as no one is as interested in a good fit as a parent is.”

“Normally you send out an e-mail to say they are being sent but this time I did not get one and when I looked at my account and the status of the order it just said sent from within two minutes of placing the order, so I assumed there was a bug. It doesn’t really matter but they arrived the day I was about to phone to find out what was going on. However they arrived in good nick and are great. Still recommending you to everyone I know with children.”

“I’ve always used Happy Little Soles for my children’s shoes as you have a great range of barefoot and minimalist shoes, or near as when the market hasn’t got much choice in a particular type of footwear. I’m really pleased that you have branched out into adult shoes, as I’ve bought my first ones through you - Camper boots and prefer buying through you on environmental grounds as ordering direct they come individually from Italy. Where I would like to see more choice is for older children as my twins are now 11 and shoes/boots of size Uk3.5 and above are a challenge. A waterproof winter walking boot has been difficult since Plae pulled out of the UK market and I had to source the kids leather Camper boots direct. They are expensive, but I have been pleased with them. I have also bought Merrell vapour and trail gloves in older versions as they are cheaper, but for sizing used a women’s size for my son (but need to be careful of colours!). Glad to see you have some Xero shoes and it would be nice to see some more of their boots and trainers. Perhaps you could consider a youth section on your website? This might not mean carrying extra stock as such, but focuses customers on sizes they might be looking for tweens. I have found the loyalty scheme a nice little bonus when buying lots of shoes! I like the more in-depth information you have put on about shoes such as depth of sole, flexibility and whether shoes are zero drop. Thanks”

“It'd be great if you had more views of each shoe on the website..... I often have to Google them elsewhere to see toebox shape etc which runs that risk that I'd shop elsewhere if searching for better images yields a sale elsewhere too!”

“So I’ve just ordered again for my little boy, this time I bought him a pair of pediped dani grey, it’s the first time we’ve tried this brand and they look awesome, they come with extra insoles to make them fit better if they are slightly loose on the foot but I’ve not had to use them, he really likes them and says they are very comfortable on his feet, I also bought him a pair of bogs in space red which he absolutely loves, he calls them “my space boots” we’ve been out for a walk this evening to test them out in puddles and he had a great time and said his feet felt all warm and cosy. Also in my order I got a foot measurer (well actually 2 🤦🏻‍♀️ because I must’ve accidentally put it in twice 🤣) which is going to make future measuring so much easier instead of the usual drawing round his feet and then hunting down the tape measure (which is never where I left it, cheers kids) yet again it was super fast delivery, 3 days from order to door which is brilliant. Thank you again happy little soles”
