I was sent the entirely wrong item. (Ordered adult Be Lenka shoes and received children's Froddo shoes.) This is extra disappointing as the shoes I ordered were the last ones available in my size and color choice. I'm assuming they were sent to the person who ordered the Froddos, and I will never see them. I emailed Happy Little Soles about getting a refund and still haven't received a response. Will definitely never be ordering from them again.

I am so sorry that you received the wrong item. There was an issue at the Global-e shipping hub and orders sent out on that day were mixed up and sent to the wrong customers. We didn't receive your original email, but we will contact you today to sort this out for you.

In general I've been very happy, but this time I'm really disappointed. I ordered shoes on the 21st of October. I chose general shipping, but that can take up to 22-25 workdays (basically a month) and since weather was actually cooling pretty fast, I thought I had maybe needed to take the fast shipping option 5-6 days. So, I emailed them and asked if I could change this in my order. I got an email back the same day that this wasn't possible, they could only cancel my order and then I got to re-order. We all LOVE to order, so I figured I would try my luck (also the chance of somebody just hopping on the last one made me pick that, and hoped shoes would arrive in like 2 weeks rather than 4 weeks. After not hearing from shipping after 10 days, I emailed them back asking if the shoes had indeed been shipped... So, this was not the case. Because they initially pulled them out of shipping after my first email awaiting my response, and they never shipped them. I again thought about fast shipping and asked them to call me when they cancelled the order, so I could re-order right away, but they're not allowed to call internationally. I also decided that I didn't really think I had to pay extra to still receive the shoes in time. After expressing my disappointment about the way things had gone, I felt kind of turned down. They were just like, well we're sorry you feel this way. They told me that if the shoes arrive late (after the 22-25 days after first ordering), I would have to pay myself for sending them back in order to get a refund. I would have thought that a professional company would have changed shipping methods after making such a mistake in order to get them in place in time or at least offer a discount or something. I'm already years a reliable customer and I'm really really disappointed in the way things were handled.

I phoned up to discuss the fact that my son's Froddo boots fell apart. I was told "we will deal with your email when we get to it, and send you a return slip." Basically, zero help with the issue. Next, I ordered some Be Lenka boots as a replacement, they were in stock when I ordered them. But today I got an email saying they are not actually in stock. Really, this is what I was phoning about-- I wanted you to help make sure that I would be able to find a pair of shoes for my son. Frankly, I'm not even sure why you want me to send back a broken pair of boots, I would expect most retailers to refund based on the photo I sent. I've just spoken to Ollipops and they confirm that's what they would do, and what Froddo would expect. I have ordered a replacement pair from them, and will be avoiding your store in the future where possible.

I think you should just leave the sizing to the manufacturer even if it defers among brands.

The service I received from happy little soles was great, the product was initially really great too however shortly after the 100 day Vivo barefoot guarantee, we are left with shoes that are no longer usable due to holes in the upper material. The shoes haven’t been used for anything other than gentle walking but they now have visible holes in the same area on both the left and right shoe. I really would have expected a sustainably branded company(Vivo barefoot) to produce something a little more robust or in fact fit for purpose. Sorry for such negative feedback but I thought you should be made aware. Thanks.

Received the request to give my Feedback, but the parcel still didn’t arrived. Given the fact that the shipping cost to Croatia is quite high, I would expect better delivery service (17 days passed since shipment notification). This was also the issue with my previous order so I would say this is not an exeption. I use this website only when I have no other choice, not Because I am satisfied with the service.

Ordered black performance vivobarefoot insoles, but received red thermal insoles. Not willing to go to a post office to send back so haven’t returned them. Currently still unable to run in trail shoes as I don’t have the insoles needed, and so am going to wait until vivobarefoot eventually have them in stock rather than wasting more time and money ordering from ‘Happy Little Soles’.

I haven’t received order and it was shipped a month and a half ago. Looking for a refund! I’ve had to purchase shoes in meantime because my toddlers broke whole waiting for these to show up.

Hi I’m not happy at all with the service, we purchased some shoes for my son for £40 and they have literally fallen apart after a couple of hours! I sent photos straight over the day after I received them and have had no reply! I would really like a refund on these items as they are now unwearable! Thanks
