“I ordered 3 pairs recently. Two of them ive got and im very pleased. One i didnt get and for now im waiting too much time that they will find my package. Meanwhile my doughter dont have boots in the winter”

“Slippers very poor quality. Only had a few weeks and already multiple holes in soles. Haven't been wearing them on any rough surfaces or outside or anything like that. Really disappointed.”

“Sizing charts are way off from actual insole measurements. Bundgaard cirro in size 34 stated on size chart to have inner length of 22.4 inches (on bag, too). True insole length is 23.5 cm.”

“We measured our boy’s feet with the Happy Little Sole’s foot measurer. We ordered the appropriate sized shoe from the conversion table and it was way too big - a good inch longer that it was supposed to be. Very frustrating when it is supposed to make things easier.”

“Some shoes come clearly worn. Trying shoes on and wearing are different things and I thing if shoes were worn and returned that’s because they were faulty anyhow and so should have gone back to the maker rather than to the next customer.”

“I ordered the foot measure and I can’t figure it out. The directions are very confusing amd it’s very unclear where the measurement should be. It says something about an arrow but mine has no arrow. Pretty disappointed as was hoping for an easy way to find my Children’s sho size”

Hi Alison. Thank you for your recent review. The arrow is located in the window box of the foot measurer, I have added a picture for example and this shows that the small arrow points to 16cm. We have a step by step guide located on our website (https://www.happylittlesoles.co.uk/advice/how-measure-your-feet) on how to use the foot measurer but we would also be happy to advise and help over the phone or via email if you would like to send photo's over to us. If you think your foot measurer is missing the arrow, please let us know and we will be happy to send out a replacement foot measurer. Emily.

“Please start doing an exchange service. The service was great but the shoes I ordered for my daughter came up small so I ended up spending £14ish on postage as I had to pay for postage for both pairs. Given that it’s an online company and you can’t try the shoes on it should be that you only have to pay postage once if the shoes don’t fit.”

“I placed my order on March 12 and got an email that it shipped out the same day. When it did not arrive after 7 business days, I emailed customer service the morning of the 23rd but didn't hear back, and so I phoned on the 24th and found out that my order had not shipped out after all. Your customer service representative shipped out my order for overnight shipping and I finally received it on March 25th.”
