“I had to take a risk and order shoes online as i couldn't find any for my son locally. He has wide and deep feet and the description and measurement in cm helped me to decide on a good pair for him.”

“Initially I was sent two different sized shoes, however as soon as I had notified the sales office of the issue, they promptly sent out the correct shoe for me. Very happy with the quality of the Bobux shoes. The plae shoes were too narrow for my son.”

“The slip free shoes are great, and perfect for a family holiday. However, I paid a premium for next day delivery and it took 4 days for them to arrive. It’s misleading to offer this and then take several days to dispatch them.”

“Only 3 stars because I was caught by having to pay double postage on shoes which I ordered and needed to return and order a smaller size. This is treated as two separate purchases so I was hit twice and then neither pair fit :( It's like you would prefer customers to over order multiple shoes in multiple sizes before returning them all...”

Hello, I am sorry you weren't happy with the postage costs. We made the decision to offer customers free returns rather than free exchanges as the feedback we had was that customers would rather order a selection of shoes to try in their home knowing they had a free return option. I am sorry that this didn't suit you on this occasion. If you would like to email us with your order numbers we will have a look and see what we can do for you.

“Disappointed in supposedly barefoot company selling barefoot shoes. To have then arrive with arch supports for my toddler! So sent them back”

Hello, I am so sorry you have been disappointed in your shoes. I will have a look at these shoes as we do follow barefoot criteria in all of our stock choices. We are aware that the brand you chose is not one of our most barefoot brands but does offer some pretty options for narrower feet as you say. In future if you wish to ensure that you only get options that strictly meet all of the barefoot criteria you can use our 'Most Barefoot' filter. This will be on the left hand side of any search criteria. Alternatively please do contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you choose something more suitable next time.
