Captcha was virtually impossible to read and use, postage was quick at first but then was returned to sender due to delivery address issues not picked up (and My error was due to having to fill in my details so many times) and then promised redelivery had no time line and refund was slow to process...

Shop does not offer any free delivery with any treshold. Shop requires to create account weather you want it or not, additional burden for customers who dont want it.

The feet get wet in the shoes with the slightest wetness on the ground (even without rain) Frodo school shoes.

Hello this is my first time I have used yourselves after being recommended from a friend. I brought two pairs one for my son and one for my daughter to go on holiday. Unfortunately my daughters ones after just 3 days have holes in them which is such a shame. My sons ones are ok.

I ordered some shoes and paid for them only to receive a email days later to say the item was out of stock and refund was being processed. I had to wait quite some time for the money to be returned . I was left short of money while this was processed as I ordered and paid for an alternative pair thinking the refund would be quick as was no fault of mine . All the shoes are pretty expensive. No offer of good Will was given. Not Even free postage. Not impressed .

For orders made outside UK it is not worthy. VAT was charged twice by mistake. It was reimbursed after my complaint but should not happen. The return of 1 item costs more than 50% of the shoes itself. It makes no sense.

Hi Carina, I am very sorry you were charged VAT twice, we have passed this onto our international shipping merchant. Unfortunately Brexit has had a major impact on our international service, but we are continually looking to improve this and offer a better service for international customers.

I was a bit disappointed, on paying full price, that these shoes had clearly been received, ripped open and worn a little inside by someone else. We have always had shoes from Happy Little Soles and this is the first time I’ve been a bit disappointed with their arrival. I’m all for recycling packaging but it’s hard to get my daughter excited about them when they look so scruffy before we even start. The Paper Krane shoes were also very deep compared to previous Bobux and Livi and Luca. If it had been my first experience, I wouldn’t be buying again from HLS, and I’m always recommending you so only saying this as a previously very happy customer.

We bought pediped school shoes for my 5 year old. Pediped have always been a reliable brand for flexible shoes so we were very surprised when the shoes arrived to find they were quite sturdy and inflexible. This had not been in the description on the website. My son found them extremely uncomfortable by the end of the day, despite his initial excitement and approval, and we had to buy new shoes from elsewhere, at significant expense, as he had already worn them to school and we could not return them.

I've received the parcel yesterday and one of the products is not what I've ordered. Instead of Tiempo Taupe Livie&Luca I have in the box another kind of Livie&Luca boots. Please tell me how we solve this?

Very long delivery times (compared to earlier, I usually always got my order in 3-5 days, now the last two times it has taken weeks). One pair of shoes was not available, so the money was refunded and I was informed by e-mail. No discount code for free delivery for the replacement pair, what I needed to order, or any other benefits were offered to me, I'm very disappointed in this. I cannot review all the items described below, because I have not received them yet.

I have placed an order on May 6 and was informed that I would receive a shipment confirmation email once my package leaves your warehouse. Two weeks later and I haven't received anything. I would really appreciate a status update.

Unfortunately, pediped pair of sandals is a big disappointment. They are nowhere near the barefoot design I'm afraid. Yes, they have a cool design, but their stiff sole is nowhere near flexible. It's actually stiff and much thicker than expected. They should not be advertised as barefoot or natural foot experience. Neither fit they specially flexible or soft, nor their foot box is wide enough. I'm returning the pair bought for my son, without him even trying, because they do not suit any of the barefoot criteria. And this is very unfortunate.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service I received. I had measured my children’s feet and ordered Pediped sandals for them both. I’d used the measuring guidelines to help me pick the right size. When the shoes arrived they were considerably too big for my daughter. I emailed and explained exactly what had happened and the response was we are closed and you’ve picked the right size. I did check again and then emailed to say I’d return and hunt for other shoes elsewhere as I didn’t want to risk lots of postage costs whilst I worked out which sandals were a good fit for my daughter. I got no reply just the postage label. No offer of further help, no offer of free postage to try the smaller pair, no suggestions for a fit that might suit narrower feet. Both times I’ve purchased shoes from you they have been huge based on the advice I’ve followed. Some guidance and helped would have been appreciated and ensured I purchased shoes from you, I’m now looking elsewhere for sandals.

The shoes you have are great but it would be helpful if you could notify when the parcel was shipped. In my case the parcel was dropped off at a pick up place without letting me know and it required a fair amount of hunting to track it down.
