“I paid for next day delivery only to find the shoes in the box were not the size I ordered. Disappointing for my first shopping experience but delivered on time and free returns. I will try again but won’t pay extra this time.”

“Order received promptly so in plenty of time for the start of the new school term. After just 1 days wear my son developed a blister (never ever had this problem) and it still won’t heal. Won’t order again online as definitely need to see/feel shoes beforehand. Very disappointed.”

“The delivery was quick although no email so I didn't receive a confirmation of my order. I was also disappointed that they seem wide and I specifically ordered these as supposed to be a narrow fit.”

“Unfortunately one pair of shoes was out of stock and it was not possible to pick different one to be delivered within one shipping cost. Although my mobile was filled in my account it was not printed on the address label so I had to contact delivery company to agree delivery date and time. Also I have received no email about delivery as my mail address was not handled to delivery company.”

“Shipping from UK to Netherlamds took almost 2 weeks. Track&trace number is not valid anymore once the package leaves the UK so I nor the customer service could trace the package. Luckily it arrived safe.”

“The shoes I had ordered are both great however I had an issue with the delivery. You did not include my telephone number on the package so the courier service was not able to contact me when he wanted to deliver it. When I was waiting for few days and got no package yet, I tried to track it via link provided. I found out which company is the contracted courier service for Royal Mail in Slovakia and contacted them. I found out the package was fortunately still in a depot so I went there to pick it up otherwise it would return back to the UK in few days.”

“Great barefoot shoe range which I I have used for last three years . Have had some problems in the past with items missing from delivery but this was sorted out satisfactorily . Shame that I experience further problems with missing refunds for returned items as it just takes up time to do all the communications to sort it out . Hope it goes smoothly next time”

“The shoes are too big, for the size they should be (had my daughter measured and she is that size, and wearing a pair of vivos in that size currently). I wish I could have an exchange without having to pay for postage for the new pair, because now she will have sandals going into autumn winter.”

“I had to take a risk and order shoes online as i couldn't find any for my son locally. He has wide and deep feet and the description and measurement in cm helped me to decide on a good pair for him.”
