“I was a little disappointed with the customer service I received. I had measured my children’s feet and ordered Pediped sandals for them both. I’d used the measuring guidelines to help me pick the right size. When the shoes arrived they were considerably too big for my daughter. I emailed and explained exactly what had happened and the response was we are closed and you’ve picked the right size. I did check again and then emailed to say I’d return and hunt for other shoes elsewhere as I didn’t want to risk lots of postage costs whilst I worked out which sandals were a good fit for my daughter. I got no reply just the postage label. No offer of further help, no offer of free postage to try the smaller pair, no suggestions for a fit that might suit narrower feet. Both times I’ve purchased shoes from you they have been huge based on the advice I’ve followed. Some guidance and helped would have been appreciated and ensured I purchased shoes from you, I’m now looking elsewhere for sandals.”
