“ I purchased a badland 12000 pound winch in 24 I have only used it maybe 5 times in total I installed on my car trailer I did not purchase a extended warranty because it was not going to be used very often I tried using it recently and motor would not turn over harbor freight will do nothing with it poor customer service even tough I did not take warranty the said they are the supplier of these winches but the make NO REPLACEMENT PARTS ON THIS MODEL the only way to do anything is buy another winch from here (OR SOME PLACE ELSE) I would tell future customers (to look for another winch This is totally wrong they sell a product with no repair parts (shop somewhere else when considering a winch people save yourself the aggrivation) this is my warning to you ( VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE) ”
