“My order came quickly which is great. I would comment that certain items need to be packaged differently and more care taken. I appreciate that sending a ball, even when deflated, is difficult but to send it with an item that needs to stay flat mean that the flat item arrives bent. I had to take the stationery pack out of its packaging to straighten it in order to wrap it, as it was a gift. I couldn't have given it in the state in which it arrived. Had I had more time I would have returned it for a replacement.”

“The goods seem fine but as it is a christmas present he can't try it on yet. What I'd prefer is an actual size rather than 13/14 years of age. In a team are the locks or props the same size as a fly half, even at that age. The shirt is 36" chest.”

“We placed our order and heard nothing for ten days. Called up the shop and was told they would look into the delay and call me back. Waited in for a full day and a half - no call back. Contacted the receptionist at the Stoop who was great, did exactly what she said she would do, call back received within half an hour. Job sorted and arrived the next day. Problem had been order for two items and only one of them in stock, no one from the shop thought to contact me and when I contacted them they failed to do what they said they would do. Top marks to the Receptionist at the Stoop, a lady who knows how to get things done, great customer care.”
