“I ordered the wrong size shirt for my son. Phoned up and was easily exchanged and a new shirt sent out. Very easy to deal with. Top marks to the Lady who dealt with me she had best telephone voice I've ever heard would probably of bought 10 shirts if she'd have told me to. ??????????”

“Unfortunately it was a poor service - having ordered the full kit on 19 November I had to chase 2 weeks later as hadn't heard anything. Was then promised a phone call in 24hrs which never happened. So chased again and was asked if I could call them, at which point I mentioned that it was probably their duty to call me. Finally informed on 12 Dec that the socks were out of stock. Am told kit is due to arrive (minus socks) in coming days but it will be one month since purchase. Not good.”

I have phoned & left a message asking someone to call me back - let's hope they do. In comparison I ordered a Liverpool shirt from there official shop, sent straight to my nephew in Korea & it arrived within a week.”

“I always buy hubby clothes from the Hatlequin for his Dec birthday and Christmas, have done for years and years and he's always been fully knitted out "Quins Style" - love it!! I do not, however, like this years sizing - each and every year, whoever sponsor is, he is an XL, was last year with Adidas but this year nothing fits, he's not changed but I've had to go up a size in both my purchases - which now hang off my shoulders and his - I do not like this one little bit!!!!”
