“We ordered a training vest top at the weekend online and the process was very smooth . We received the item on 20th Jan which I think was a really good time for delivery. I emailed once to find out when it would be despatched and I got a very good timely response. All in all a very good experince”

“Sizing is slightly confusing with some of the ranges - perhaps because they are active fit? Would be great to see some more detailed descriptions of actual sizings vs standard clothing?”

“The on-line ordering system was very easy to use and the goods were despatched and received very quickly with notification of when the goods were to be delivered with a link to track the status of your order. Would definitely use the Harlequins online store again.”

“I was very impressed with Harlequins store. I accidentally ordered the wrong size top for my husband for Christmas and didn't realise till after the return date when I went to wrap it. Harlequins store were fine about it-I returned the top and they gave me a refund no problem. I ordered the right size top and it showed up 1 week later. A happy customer ????”

“As a massive Quins supporter, the 0-3 month Harlequins babygrow is fabulous for my new little girl. Given that rugby is a winter sport however, would like to suggest that the Quins merchandise look at new born Harlequins "snowsuits" as she is never in a situation at the game where I would take off her coat and be able to show off her fabulous Quins babygrow underneath! Hope this helps.”

“Order arrived swiftly. Quality of garment very high and fit is very good. Why don't you offer a click & collect service though? This would save on postage and as we attend home matches every other week or so, picking up an order when we next visit the Stoop, would be so helpful.”
