“Very surprised and pleased at how quickly my order arrived especially as it was personalised. A little disappointed that I couldn't have name and number on the back of my grandson's top (only either or) as I think there is plenty of room for both. “We placed our order and heard nothing for ten days. Called up the shop and was told they would look into the delay and call me back. Waited in for a full day and a half - no call back. Contacted the receptionist at the Stoop who was great, did exactly what she said she would do, call back received within half an hour. Job sorted and arrived the next day. Problem had been order for two items and only one of them in stock, no one from the shop thought to contact me and when I contacted them they failed to do what they said they would do. Top marks to the Receptionist at the Stoop, a lady who knows how to get things done, great customer care.”
