The same as others placed order in August. It's November and nothing arrived, no refund, no communication. AVOID DO NOT ORDER anything from them. Scam.

There's something clearly very wrong with Health Monthly. I have had exactly the same experience as other people on this site. My order was made on Sept 22nd, and is still nowhere to be seen! I asked for a refund. No reply. I may have to take further action. Avoid this company like the plague.

Order number 02920098161 not received my goods yet money taken out on 12/10/20 it would appear that many other people are in the same sinking ship. You guys are quick enough to take money from people yet you cannot get the finger out and produce the goods. This is against the law I therefore demand that urgent action is taken to hire drivers and to deliver the goods people have paid for with there hard earned money. Think about it you may start getting 1 positive review for a change.

Ordered/paid for product in August it is now 31 October and it has still not arrived. I have emailed several times and requested a refund in the last email. I was simply asked to be patient. Having read all these similar reviews I am now going to hand it over to my bank to pursue refund payment. I suspect there are solvency issues so would recommend that no one uses this company. What a shame they were very good!

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!!!! I ordered my item on the 5th of Oct and paid for it! Initial delivery estimate was for 17th of Oct, then changed to 10th of Nov, then shifted again to 30th of Nov, and today - shifted yet again to 24th of Dec! I sent them an email a week ago - no response as of yet. I tried calling - automatic voice said they are experiencing an avalanche of customer calls and delivery delays due to COVID. I tried the online chat with the company - that has been disabled already! This is unacceptable! For the sake of your money, DO NOT EVER DO COMMERCE with Health Monthly!

3 months on and still waiting for my delivery. completely unacceptable. this is not the first time with this company either. avoid like the plague, this is the 5-6th time this has happened. was happening before covid.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Same as other people - ordered 23/8/20 and 2 months on still no delivery. Told early September it had been dispatched and delivery would be 1/1020. 3 weeks late and still no goods. They blame Covid but need to look to themselves

I´m 1 more that joins this group, PEOPLE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, it´s been more than 2 months since I placed my order and yesterday I got the same excuse "COVID"...; and at the end of the mail, they still ask for "P.S. From a hardworking team here for you, from one person to another, can we please ask you not to leave negative feedback on public websites..."

Items ordered and payment taken on 1st September. Was emailed early October to say items had been dispatched. No sign of the items as yet. I should have read the reviews first. A lesson learnt. Due to other problems I have at the moment I don't have the energy to pursue this further.

I've been having exactly the same problem as those who've written previous reviews. I placed my order with them in August and I'm still waiting. I've requested a refund but as soon as I did that my follow up emails were met with an automated replies requesting that I be patient!! So much for their 'no quibbles' refund statement on their website.This is such poor practice and sadly it seems that a lot of people are being scammed. Do not order from this company as I suspect the next thing they'll be claiming is insolvency.

I ORDERED IN AUGUST, AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEMS IT IS NOW 18 SEPTEMBER, THIS COMPANY USED TO BE VERY GOOD AT DELIVERIES, BUT HOPELESS NOW, THEY OWE ME £99.90p, THEIR EMAIL REPYS ARE ROBOTIC, AND I DO NOT THINK A HUMAN ACTUALLY ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS, JUST THE USUAL LAME EXCUSE OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC DELAYS, I ORDERED FROM A COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA AND GOT DELIVERY IN 11 DAYS, I LIVE IN SCOTLAND, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PANDEMIC ITSELF IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO MARKS I WOULD THEY ARE NOT WORTH ONE MARK

DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 5 WEEKS NO PRODUCT RECEIVED AND IGNORING REFUND REQUESTS SO I CAN GO BUY THIS PRODUCT ELSEWHERE. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Order paid and placed on 23/08 2020, not delivered yet. Today is 09/10/2020. If HealthMonthly was a decent company, they would refund it.

Dreadful company. Don't use!! Placed my order on 4th August and despite chasing several times, it still has not arrived. Have asked for a full refund but this looks like a company that just takes your money and runs!

Order made in late August-delivery expected mid-October. The standard scripted response to my enquiry is delays due to Covid, which is an insult to customers intelligence. Why is this company struggling with their orders when competitors are dispatching within days? Sounds like they have a cash flow problem so I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them. Will wait a couple more weeks then will be seeking a refund via my card provider under the Consumer rights act. Note to Health Monthly:please do not copy & paste a standard reply of Covid babble-just dispatch my paid for goods.

Everything bad you read about these people is true. They've taken £236 fromk my PayPal account neaerly two months ago. No goods. No replies to my emails. They should be banned by PayPal. Fraudsters, pure and simple.

Ordered from this company beginning of August still waiting for goods. Emailed but just generic response and they have actually had the cheek to send me any email to ask how they did for Trust Pilot and asked for me to take into account covid 19 for the delay in my order. I will be seeking a refund from PayPal. Disgusting customer care. Acting like a scam company if they are not one

I ordered on the 18 July and was given the 12 August to have my delivery date, already a very long time to have to wait for the order. Came the 12 August and as I have had 7 items, not one item came. Contacted them and got a very generic response about how they are getting delayed on their delivery side and that I should give them another 7 days. I did so, and again nothing. Wrote to them, again and again, a generic respond. By this time it was September and I requested my money back and again another silly email and not giving my money back, again another email and again no refund. This company is not to be trusted with the stock in hand as they give you the impression that they have the stock even though is coming from different part of the world hence different time of delivery, but on this occasion, I don't believe that they had even sent one item to me and they never gave me a refund at the end of it. So be cautious with parting with your money, you might have to wait forever for your goods or never manage to get a refund from them.

This company looks like a scam. I placed my order in July, never got it. I contacted them, they were so responsive. Promised that I will get my order by 3 Sept. When the order has not arrived, emailed them again and was advised that my order is considered lost now but asked to wait until 17th of Sept and if it never arrives, they will solve the issue. No need to say that nothing has arrived, but they disappeared after I requested a refund and no one is responding to my emails. Solution: I raised a dispute to my bank and should get my money back soon. You can do so also if you paid via PayPal. Do not leave your money for them. They are ripping people off. Be careful.
