I agree one star is too much!! Wish I had read reviews before using this company!!! I was charged postage and customs with my purchase. I then had notification from the Royal Mail that I needed to pay a further £13.72 duty before my item could be delivered. Couldn’t contact the company by phone - due to the pandemic they were too busy! All my emails were responded to with the same generic response!!! No one actually read my emails!! Appalling service!! Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!

actually one star is generous,although health monthly blame the pandemic for all their woes it is now abundantly clear that this company has decided to fleece as many of their customers as possible must be a new management wheeze,won't be long until all the genuine reviews are negative but there will always be lots of fake reviews.i won't be using them in the future they have pushed it too far, i'm not a sheep to be fleeced by the likes of this mob from the dodgy channel islands,you have been warned

They never seem to have the product in, they say they will let you know when it comes in, but never do. Now they are charging postage and we have to wait forever for the product to come. Their customer service is appalling, they use to have free phone number, but not only they have removed that totally, but you can never talk to them on the phone even if you get charged for the phone call. I have been a customer of theirs for a while, but never again as they have become awful to deal with. Through the years they have become worse and worse. They are no longer good value for money and they charge a lot for delivery even if you spent a lot of money with them. Unless they change back to what they used to be, they are going to lose a lot of customers and quite rightly.

garbage! supposed to be shipping from Jersey and they charge £3.95 for the delivery. 5 weeks after the dispatch confirmation and still no sign of anything! it's normal according to their customer services who said just keep waiting. how does it take over 5 weeks to deliver from Jersey to UK mainland? won't re-order from here, assuming I actually get my delivery

I have used this company before and had no problem. The items were then presumably in stock in the UK and they arrived in an acceptable time frame. However, on this occasion my experience was very different. I paid for some items which were urgently required via PayPal on the 18th May. They were showing on the website as being in stock. Within a couple of days I received an email to say they had been totally despatched. However, after a couple of weeks had elapsed with no sign of the goods I looked at the website and saw the expected delivery date had been changed - still showing as totally despatched. On contacting Health Monthly I was sent a standard email blaming the postal services, the virus and everything else for the delay. I see that many others have received the same excuses - even long before coronavirus. I was told that a batch of items were expected from Fargo, US, by the middle of June but I was requested to wait until July if necessary. In fact, they arrived today - June 15th. I am sure that Health Monthly don't take peoples' money fraudulently, but they do clearly bite off more than they can chew in terms of what they can supply in a reasonable time frame. Given the very large number of similar complaints it is clear that they aren't as concerned about the customer's experience as about keeping the money coming in. It's a shame as the choice of products is very tempting but I shall most certainly not be using these people again.”

Total waste of space - Excuse after Excuse after contacting and they even moved the Date by 8 Days after the second attempt with an implausible excuse using corona virus - BS! No post has been affected and received a free posted parcel from China (to UK) within 7 Days! Eventually arrived on 13th June thats 2 Days after the New Date of 11th Jun (what a surprise) Was ordered on May 11th! I would not mind but they wanted a further 10 Days on the Delivery Date of 11th June so then 21st Jun before sending another! Then what another Month or so after that Date What a Joke? Never again! Its such a crying shame as they have such a vast range of stuff at competitive prices and with a decent dispatch/delivery of a max 7 Days would be my first choice! As it stands - Unless you are ordering repeat products and do this 2 Month in advance - The service is useless! Health products need to arrive soon as poss so we can try the things in the first place Never again ! Pity I cant give No stars

Worst service ever I would not be purchasing from them ever again, it took 5 weeks for my package to arrive! Also they are very vague with you when you ETAs and when you ask them when you can expect your parcel to arrive. I actually really hate this company!!

Not happy with the way how my order was handled. First it took over a month of specified delivery date for item to arrive! On top of this I had to pay a custom charge that never been specified at the time of purchase!

My order is dated the 11th may and here we are 2 June and still no order. paid the £3.95 for the privilege of them posting it! My son lives on the West coast of the USA and his packages arrive after 7 days. Cannot blame everything on Corivid. If there is a problem tell your customers, dont leave us in limbo.

Only received half my order! I have emailed twice and no response! Not contactable by phone. I have emailed again asking for a refund. I dont think I will have any hope in getting it. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I had an issue with extra postage charges. I wrote to health monthly who quickly replied asking for a photo proof of payment which I supplied by email. Within a week the £11.88 import and handling fee levied by Royal Mail had been refunded into my account with an apology from the company! can’t say fairer than that!!

I placed an order at the beginning of April. I have emailed several times but received automated responses, all making the excuse regarding Covid19. This is the only company that i have experienced problems with and it appears, from other reviews, that i am not alone. I have requested a refund and again, received the same automated response. This company are charlatans. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

To save UK VAT tax, Health Monthly despatch goods from outside the UK and this leads to all sorts of delays. The customer used to save a bit of money on cheaper goods but in the last year Health Monthly's prices have gone up and up so they are no longer competitive.

To add to other complaints here, still waiting for an order placed 8th April, due delivery 24th. Also still waiting for a proper reply to my emails, but just keep getting "apologies for the delay" automated responses. They clearly send their products from abroad, even though the website implies that delivery will be speedy, and there is no mention of it at the point of sale. Will be arranging a chargeback via credit card and reporting them to Trading Standards. If this is one of the companies which goes down the tubes as a consequence of Covid19, hoorah. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Don't let the good reviews fool you. I don't believe anyone of these Over a month ago, I ordered 2 bottles of a medication, not a toy, not a decorations, not a face cream, a medication. Never got my order and for a week I'm trying to get my refund ... and nothing. They keep sending computer excuses. Try many times call them and no answer. I know the coronavirus is messing up a lot of things. Had orders from QVC, Amazon, Ideal World and a couple more arrived in less than a week.

I ordered 2 of the same item and one different item. They came in three separate packages at the same time. I therefore had to pay 3 separate £1 - 86 adding up to £5 58. Wont be ordering again
