“Once I found the place I waited a short while as there was only one nurse working. Everything went smoothly except the printer was acting up. I eventually got through the drug test and departed”

“First phone call was very helpful. Woman answered my questions patiently and clearly. My drive time to the nearest collection place was 25 minutes, so that part was inconvenient. When I got to the center, I waited about 20 minutes after signing in. The technician was kind, but also confused about which test I needed, even though I presented her with a barcode/registration number which was texted to me .But the computer system also seemed difficult to use, and it indicated I was scheduled for a urine test, while it was actually a blood draw (PEth test). I saw her enter the correct code or the registration number. Also, bar code reader would not work. I have iPhone 15- turned up the brightness to max, made bar code big, then smaller- it wouldn't read.”
