Health street sent me an email with the incorrect address to the lab. Health street sent me to labcorp where o waited for almost an hour just to be told that the wrong address was listed on the email instructions

There is no reception at the office so I had to wait and was confused if anyone was there as I waited an extra 6 minutes past my appointment time.

I showed up to the first location to find out they closed 30 min early then when I asked the lady on the phone where I can go she gave me the wrong address over the phone and I then went to another wrong location. I wasn’t thrilled.

Went to the address provided at Safeway in Montrose, CO and then was asked to go to another location for the drug test.

The old white lady working up front who helped me was extremely rude, she should not be working if she doesn’t know what health street is and telling me the money I paid has nothing to do with them. Making it very bad. The lady in the back was great.

I find the new format of your website to be not user-friendly. We E-Verify our employees through DHS. The extra steps you've added, such as verifying ID, we find not necessary. Bypassing that step and not accepting the $10 charge wastes time.
