“I was treated like scum. Ordered around like a dog. It was degrading and unprofessional. Ive had many drug screens in my life and this was off the charts low. No way to treat a human being . No respect. I was polite and courteous the entire time. I did not deserve the sass, cutting off of reasonable questions and yelled at while providing a sample . You should be ashamed of yourselves.”

“Needed blood draw and urine test,after arriving @8. Told to return @9am for urine. I got there at 0910. Scheduled myself for earliest time kiosk said 0930 then by the end said 10-1030. I had drank water early expecting to do urine early. The website didn't say anything about 0900 for urine drug screen. Pts came after me and went before me. Then the technician was unpleasant. Her name was something like Jagina. I will not return to this place. And the bathroom smelled bad.”

“NEVER AGAIN. the scissors comb and clips were not sanitized the girl dragged the scissors thru my hair which was painful n they told me they needed enough to fill a drinking straw well I took a photo because I have to have another one in 90 days and they left no place to take another sample then where it will be hidden.”
