“Everytime I send an employee to get a test. They either lose it or the instant without THC takes over a week to get back to me”

“The first 2 clinics we sent the candidate to were no longer in service. When we finally found a clinic on the site list, his barcode was expired and he had to jump through hoops to get the test completed.”

“Staff was good but the approval of payment took forever and yall didn’t let me have my cat in there he’s in a crate and very seeet and not noisy. I had to leave him outside in his crate unsafe for my cat. Upsetted me because I know only service animals but he’s in a crate man”

“I do beleieve the background verification process should be a little bit easier to navigate for the candidates and it seems that some of the clinics we set the candidates up dont have doctors onsite to do the physcials.”
