“Needed blood draw and urine test,after arriving @8. Told to return @9am for urine. I got there at 0910. Scheduled myself for earliest time kiosk said 0930 then by the end said 10-1030. I had drank water early expecting to do urine early. The website didn't say anything about 0900 for urine drug screen. Pts came after me and went before me. Then the technician was unpleasant. Her name was something like Jagina. I will not return to this place. And the bathroom smelled bad.”

“Its a great service unless you observed drug screens. They should not make an observed test available if the clinic in question doesn't have the ability. Also, the payment portion happens too quick in the process. It should happen after the location(s) the are available are revealed. It didn't seem like I could select the closest location of my employee, the system showed three available in the town but I learned of the location after I paid. But it is a good service and will be using it in the future.”
