“I ordered some goods during a sale period. The order was not delivered by the courier company. After a long delay, Healthspan refunded me. When I went to place a replacement order, the price had gone up by 50%. I asked to be able to place the replacement order at the same price as the original order, Healthspan refused. Not good business practice not good customer service. Disappointing.”

“No problems ever with customer service but disappointed with plant sterols which did NOT stop cholesterol level from rising. You need more research I think.”

“They trick you into signing up for their newsletter to get a special offer. Then they tell you “sorry, the offer has expired“, even though you did it immediately, so there was no time for it to expire seems to be just a bait-and-switch.”

“I’ve been a Healthspan customer for a number of years but recently the delivery service has become slow and unreliable. I still haven’t received my order despite contacting customer services so I will now take my my custom elsewhere. It’s a pity as the company offers excellent products at a competitive price but appear unable to resolve delivery issues. I’m still waiting for my order so I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Healthspan.”

“A dodgy company. They ran fake promos then took 5 days to cancel my order. Just a way to gather emails and try and gain customers without offering anything better than the competition.”

“Fast delivery quality products. However overuse of packaging is atrocious, especially in light of the major concerns surrounding packaging overload! Ordered 4 items of skincare for the first time. Came in 3 boxes all delivered at the same time! Won’t be buying again!”

“I am sick to the back teeth of their very poor website. I have been a customer since the 90s but every time I order I have to re-enter delivery billing address AND it often refuses, as happened today. to accept it. There are other problems with the website and when you ring up the order line they say it will be reported but nothing is changed. Also all though the products are top quality the prices have gone up steeply since the beginning of the year. I am reluctantly going to look for another supplier.”

“Second try at exposing this shambles of a company, which used to be well run. I would give them minus-five if possible after they wasted a large amount of our time on several days this week, listening to their interminable, inane, lame excuses on their phone lines. Here's what I tried to put on earlier:We have now been cut off eight times this week after hanging onto their phones for a total of hours, listening to lame excuses about how sorry they are (!) and how they value our custom. Not enough to get enough staff in to answer phones in a reasonable timeframe. Trying to order from Healthspan and use some of their so-called offers is a waste of time. We have ordered lots in the past but never again. We don't have to time to waste listening to pitiful music tapes and excuses before being cut off. Avoid this firm!”
