“The worst swimwear, far from being upscale the material, construction and fit are atrocious, only to be exceeded by the dishonest customer service. They tried to cheat me out of the full return price even though sent back same day received. Took almost a month to get any money back and short changed. It’s a lot of hype with fancy packaging and marketing but my old Speedo is actually made better. Too bad I didn’t find any reviews prior to my online purchase. No way is this upscale swimwear except for the overpricing.”

“Wouldn’t like to give even one star. You place in an order, after second inquiry then reply to you, no product left, after inquiry then state to refund you after 10 days when you paid a month ago. As a compensation they give you 20% discount. Do you really want to order from them!!!? I’m not in a desperate need to buy from this company. Never ever again!”

“Agree with previous comments, never, ever order directly from Heidi Klein, they do not acknowledge returns, they don't refund unless you chase them, they do not answer emails chasing returns. Awful customer service.”

“**Shocking returns**. Have bought HK swimwear for years. Returned some items (confirmed as received By them on 15/1/20) and still no refund (6/2/20) and when I called customer service they honestly made me feel as if it was an utter inconvenience. SHOCKING.... great product but poor service and responses has put me right off. They ignored my two emails....”

“Returns a nightmare!!! After emailing, calling USA phone number which doesn’t even identify the company,calling the UK I still haven’t received a response!! I feel the service is a nightmare! Buyer beware!! Also one swimsuit sent with a dirty hygiene pad! Disgusting!! I anticipate NOT getting a response from the inadequate customer service department.. costly lesson learned. Do not purchase from HEIDI KLEIN!!! Can’t even get a RMA number to return merchandise and since they only allow 21 days for returns I’m probably not going to get a refund! Very unprofessional company!!”

“Fantastic products but the customer service is terrible!! They always need chasing on returns! I’ve had to return 4 items over the years and have never had a refund without calling customer service and emailing several times!! Such a shame as the swimwear is great!!”
