“Order was delivered promptly and well packed. I wish I had messed about with my photos a bit more before ordering as it is my fault they are a little dark - not your fault at all. My husband has yet to see them as they were a surprise and taken from photos of his once- in- a- lifetime 3 month safari to South Africa. He will be delighted so thank you very much. We may order more as I loved your site and how I was able to select sizes and styles and make them very personal.”

“I was informed that the quality of photograph was not up to standard which affected the size of the final picture. With a lot of help from the HelloCanvas staff we managed to find the right picture that aloud me to have a quality large picture on canvas that I wanted. I was very happy with their patience and advice.”

“*Update* Having read my review they contacted me and offered to redo my print which I’m pleased to say is perfect. This kind of proactive customer service cannot be faulted and it actually shows me up a little because I should have just connected them in the first place. Highly recommended. ************* I ordered a custom print on a metal plate and it’s actually really nice. However the QA could have been much better. There is a very noticeable white dot in the middle of the blue sky that was not on the original image and worse still where the hanging unit has been attached to the back the metal plate has been clearly bent. Now that it’s hanging on the wall this can be seen every time it catches the light. I’m disappointed and expected more for the money.”

“I seen that you printed a barcode number or something else back of the canvas. Don't do that please! Think that, please. If I'm an artist and I do any contemporary art with that, why your barcode number on my artwork?”

“I have used you several times and always been happy with what i have received. On this occasion i had contact with Alexandra as she advised me that she thought that i should go a size smaller to improve the quality of the print and i'm glad i took her advise as the canvases are fantastic . The customer service was brilliant and would like to thank all the staff at Hello Canvas and would recommend Hello Canvas to anyone”
