“Happy with customer service .Very helpful man helped with my enquiry.It was a hen party i orded a few items fissapointed with package .I would recomment bubble wrap for fragile item .Bout a flashing Tiara only to find nearly all the teeth were snapped off comb also Tiara was broken .I had to go to Metro Centre and buy another one in Ann Summers as we left things a bit late .My fault.”

“Great! Good value for money. Only disappointment was with the champagne bubbles.. hard to open and you can't get them to actually make bubbles.. they just burst! Was also not my first choice but this was all that was in stock. Still overall pleased with my purchase! Thank you!”

“I sent an email to ask for the right dated stickers to sent to me but a have not yet a reply and after spending quite a lot of money on your site it would be nice to have a reply and then the right dated stickers please has I will be spending more money in the coming months.”

“Everything was good and delivered in good time . In comparison to another store I used I was a bit disappointed . I used another online store to order just hen party cowgirl hats and I received free bride chain shot glass , harribo sweets and lollipops . I must say after spending 100 pound / 150 euro with your company I was a bit disappointed there was nothing thrown in for free for the bride . But other than that I was happy with service x Sinead mowatt”

“The order arrived in very good time, thank you. However I had originally attempted to place the order online but was unable to put a quantity in for personalised badges. When I called your sales team couldn't do it online either so j think this may be something you need to look at as entering the personalised info individually 30 times may cause people to give up. Luckily I called and was able to place the order by phone. Products are goodt and quick delivery.”

“Quick, prompt and good delivery but strap on the wings broke after 5 mins of wearing. Needs to be adapted depending on the wearer, especially for larger ladies and I'm a 10 and it didn't last general moving around in them. I will be changing straps ahead of the party”
