“The packaging was all battered when it arrived and a pack of bubbles was missing. I emailed customer service but got no reply”

“Delivery was quick and packaging was good. The game and tattoos we bought where excellent. Unfortunately the sashes where very small and we had to sew extra meterial onto them. Anyone bigger than a UK 16 just be aware.”

“Arrived within delivery timescale promised. Quality ok, not high quality cotton. Sizing a little on the neat side, so you may wish to go up one size. I am a size 10 and the small size is quite fitted, so if you wish a comfy or relaxed fit then definitely buy at least one size larger than usual. It has washed and ironed ok.”

“The t-shirts are nice but the sizes are not true to size. I’m a size 14-16 and had to get an xxl which is a size 22 on the sizing chart.”

“My order took 3 weeks to arrive once I emailed I was then told that some of my order was out of stock! I would rather of been told that my items were out of stock instead of having to wait! Need more communication with customers.”

“Bought the personalized lip balm, stickers full size of the lip balm with no indent or separate bit for the bottom... So I have to cut it myself to fit the lip balms bought. I could of just printed ones out of a printer for less hassle”

“Great ideas and love some of the bits I got. The only thing I would say is the personalised bits that I got printed onto rose gold stickers were all scratched so the attention to detail is a bit off.”

“The item I bought was cheap and cheerful and that’s definitely what I got. I had bought a ‘Bride to be’ tiara complete with veil for my friend’s hen... and when it arrived, the ‘Bride’ had fallen off. I got my father-in-law to super glue it back on, which isn’t great but for the price, I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Ordered personalised hats which were great. However the green and yellow were practically the same colour which was disappointing as we wanted the bride to stand out. I got in touch with customer support who weren't much help at all.”

“Website not the easiest to order from if you need multiple but in different sizes. Sizing not very generous, that's a manufacturer problem not supplier although be nice if they could state comes up small. Delivery took longer than stated. Helpline not very friendly at all EVENTUALLY suggested I sent ALL items back (at my cost) they would refund me IF they agreed. Which I would have done if I had had time. (Taken so long to arrive) But didn't want to let everyone else down for one t shirt . T shirts looked fab for price if fitted. So when ordering your size order 3 sizes bigger!”

“Hen party superstore was great in that the delivery came promptly and the gifts look amazing. Only downside is I ordered the ‘kiss goodbye to the miss’ and paid extra for a frame, which did not come and I’m still waiting to hear back from them as to when/ if it will!”
