“The t shirts were great they looked fantastic. Be aware of the sizing as they come a lot smaller than you would expect them to.”

“The delivery was very quick - thank you The quality of the t shirt I ordered was fine, and all the printing was good - the only problem was that the sizing was very small. I'd ordered a couple of sizes bigger than I would usually need because I wanted a baggy T Shirt - thank goodness I did, or I would not have been able to wear it.”

We do always urge customers when it comes to selecting the right size, we recommend measuring a t-shirt that you love the fit of across the chest and waist and matching the measurements up to those on the size guide. “Would have been fine but got something personalised and they put the wrong date on the item.Asked for a refund and replacement advised only could do one of the either.No time for replacement but received refund not including postage.Quality good”

“I ordered sashes and badges for my best mates hen do and the wrong sashes came. They couldnt be better though when i phoned and got the right order sent out to me.”

“The delivery was seven days and not 3-5 as quoted. Out of the 23 sticks of rock 9 were broke and not all the same size. Was too late to do anything about as was going on the hen do within four days of receiving them. Not altogether happy.”

“it's been 3 weeks since I ordered online and I still have not received my order. according to the royal mail tracker the package was still in Wellington UK this morning and then delivered 2 hours later. I am in Ireland and no delivery has arrived. I am very dissatisfied with your company and would not recommend you. Thank you I received the items I ordered and the tshirts are really lovely. Everything I ordered arrived and in perfect condition. I really like the stickers and the pink boxes . Really looking forward to spoiling the girls now. Special thanks to Sophie T for her help.”

“I did order a mother of the bride and a chief bridesmaid banner but the website just lumped them in with the batch of hens. So bit disappointed. I tried over and over. Think there is an issue with your website.”

“Lovely Idea for Hen Do Bag personalised Labels and personalised mini bottle labels. It was just a bit of a shame that the stickers printed appeared to be quite grainy/ pixelated - unless that was due to the particular style/ theme we picked.”

I have investigated into the three-day delivery time and can see that your order was placed on Thursday night, after our 4pm cut-off time. This meant that we were unable to dispatch your order on Thursday as our postal collection had already left, however we did dispatch your order first thing on Friday morning. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery service is not guaranteed on a Saturday. To combat this, we do offer Saturday Delivery on our website for an additional charge. “I must say the service was absolutely brilliant and really quick delivery especially when I ordered personalised items. I was disappointed with the quality of the mirror though it just seems like a badge.”

“The t-shirts were delivered quickly, the sizing chart was accurate and I was offered a discount on my purchase and postage. However, I was disappointed to find that the V neck style only came in white, despite saying it came in blue and white in the product summary. I ended up ordering the standard and unisex fits in blue. The standard and unisex fit blues are noticeably different shades of blue. This is not stated in the order section and was quite annoying. There isn't much that can be done about this, so I haven't sent them back, but it would have been good to know.”

We are pleased to hear that your order was delivered quickly and that the sizes were suitable for all of your group, as we pride ourselves on dispatching all personalised items within just one working day from order and having an accurate size guide available to customers. We offer the Mermaid Tail design on both white and blue tops, however unfortunately it is not possible for us to get every t-shirt style in every colour. With this design, unfortunately it is not possible for us to get a v-neck t-shirt in the azure blue, however we choose to still offer the design on our white v-neck t-shirt for those customers who would like this style and colour. We try to offer a range of t-shirt styles so that our customers can find the style that is perfect for them, and although we are unable to offer all colours, our customer feedback supports offering the other t-shirt styles, even when all colours are not available. Please accept our apologies that this caused disappointment when clicking through the t-shirt styles and colours online. In regards to the different shade of blue between the premium unisex t-shirt and the standard lady fit t-shirt, please accept our apologies that this was not made clear to you at order. We have now made amendments to the design so that it is clear that there is a slight difference in shade between the different t-shirt styles. We try to offer a range of sizes to accommodate for all of our customers, and unfortunately this can mean that the different suppliers we have to order from have slightly different shades of certain colours. “I ordered a blow up man for my friend’s hen weekend. When it arrived it seemed exactly as described on the website and I was happy with my purchase. However, about 20 mins after the doll has been inflated it had started to go flat. When I looked closely I noticed there was a tiny puncture in the doll which had caused it to slowly deflate. I was really disappointed because, as the item had arrived only a day before the hen party, I didn’t have time to order another. I emailed the company straight away who responded quickly and asked me to send an image of the faulty product, which I did. The company offered a full refund and the money was paid back into my bank within a few days with no problems. So, although the product I ordered was faulty, the company were quick and efficient when dealing with the problem.”
