“I really liked the hen party wrapping paper; good quality but a bit small. The foil on the heart chocolates had come off two of them and the bride and groom ducks were cute but the box was dented.”

“the tops material is very thin, look much better in the pictures. Also one of the tops was not sewn properly on the arm so i had to stitch it up myself. Would buy them again. The print looked good though....”

“Although the service was very prompt& the order easy to complete online, I was disappointed with the products. 3 of the balloons I ordered went down straight away & I had to completely take the banner to pieces & reassemble it as it was so poorly made.”

“I really want to say good things about this company, as the hen weekend was fab. The sash's were brilliant however ordering the personalised t shirts online, it didn't separate names if more than one person was the same size. I tried to sort it but it didn't work meaning a delay in the order. I replied to the email highlighting this with the list of names, sizes and who they where. The. names were still wrong. A few of the plastic champagne glasses where broken on arrival and the stickers for the personalised bags where not printed straight. I do have to say thank you though for upgrading my delivery to next day for free after the delay due to the tshirts, however had I have not sent 3 emails during the week and then called, I don't think I would have got a reply from anyone. And the products wouldn't have arrived until the weekend had been and gone. Over all I don't think I would use this company again unless it was for the generic products like sash's and balloon weights. Disappointing but it didn't ruin the amazing weekend we had!”

“T shirts were very good, the big minus is that you add 2 stickers with bar codes on the main part of the t-shirt where the letters are, it's difficult to remove those stickers also they leave glue afterwards and stays sticky and attracts all the dust, and it looks like dirty t-shirt afterwards, especially on the white one. Please stop putting those stickers on the front 🙄”

“T-shirts were of good quality but never arrived for weekend that was required for due to bank holiday weekend and not posted for delivery on the Thursday after ordering on Wednesday and paying for 2 day delivery. This was only negative about the process.”

“I was a little disappointed as the organza bags I orderd were not the correct colour and also did not expect these bags to be so small they will now be thrown out as i can not fit anything inside! Also expected the boxes i ordered to be bigger so overall i was disappointed. Delivery was fast though.”

“Good products, arrived quickly but not all arrived! I had ordered 19 rings but only 14 where sent. I understand you may run out of stock but me finding out when the delivery arrives is not good enough, I would have changed my order to something you do have in stock for All hens”

“Disapointed with the badges, they are sadly a poor quality, especially the brides badge, there are sadly alot of air bubbles. However the rest seems really good, and delivery was pretty fast and assistance was very helpful. Thank you.”
