Very poor thin material, you will see anything you wear underneath through the jacket because it's soo thin. The only reason I haven't returned it is because I need it for a hen night.

Make sure you order the larger sizes in t shirts as they come up so small and I contacted the come to advise this and they were not helpful at all, also the quality of the t shirts could be better and in my mind not money well spent

Not happy with the shipping time, taken twice as long as its supposed to and have received less then half of what I ordered. 😠

Delivery was good and within the stated time. However, a badge was broken, was grateful for you sending a replacement but it was sent to the wrong address and then there was not time to get it posted again.

Ordered T shirt with personalisation on it, arrived with wrong size and transfer from back missing that had paid extra for, was only £2.50 but inconvenience of sending it back and it not fitting anyway.

Ordered some T shirts for a stag, 3 separate orders, off different people. Paid to have numbers on the back, 25 shirts in total, none of the orders arrived with numbers Printed on. Very disappointing and communications were very slow. Did get the money back from the missing print, but sort of ruined the idea behind it but hey ho

For the cost of the t-shirts/tank tops, I was highly disappointed. The colour for the 'blue' Last Sail before the Veil items is almost black, so we've had to adapt our other items, thankfully I could return those an re-purchase but that in itself is not acceptable. But it's too late now. Quality of the actual tops not great very cheap feel to them. The printing on them is probable the best part but the ridiculous cost paid overrides that. Hopefully the tops serve their purpose but we definitely won't be shopping here again.

T-shirt’s are not correct sizes. I did as they said and ordered a size bigger than I normally would and they didn’t fit. The XL is more like a medium, and a large is more like a small. I have tried to ring on a few occasions to see if I can get a refund as we didn’t personalise it and have had no response.

Received my order with an item missing. Emailed yous...still awaiting answer on my email and not resolved in time when needed. As needed item for my daughters hen do abroad. Only good thing was quick delivery.

The sash was not stitched together on one side so the only way to wear it was to tie it onto the person. Didnt end up using it. It was a waste of money

Ordered tshirts for my sisters hen party, when they were received and tried on the sizes were totally wrong as to what was listed for the size guide. Had to then order another top for express delivery which when it came was again totally the wrong size in comparison to the guide. I was told there had been a faulty batch of tshirts and was refunded for one tshirt but didnt have time to send the others back as the hen party was the next day. Ended up with one hen with no top, another with it far to small on her and another had to diy hers onto another plain tshirt. Customer service was ok but Will not be using them again because of this

I ordered over £150s worth of stock yet received no discount - not even on P&P! The 12 tshirts I ordered arrived and weren't clearly labelled so I had to open each one and label them myself. The fittings are quite tight and the font isn't what I expected.

I ordered some long white gloves and when they came they were covered in brown stains, so they looked too gross to wear as part of my costume. I also ordered a fake cigarette holder to complete my Gatsby inspired costume which broke almost as soon as I opened the package. The products I bought were fairly cheap though so it’s fine

The only thing I rate about this company is the customer service was good. I paid extra for faster delivery as I was going away and when my order never arrived they were able to help rearrange my delivery free of charge. In my order were personalised lip balms but one was broken and what I received was actually 10 generic white lip balms with 10 stickers that you have to stick yourself. I would expect when you buy a product like this it should come personalised when you receive it. I understood the delay of my order as they were personalising my products where as they were just printing off stickers to sent to me, so I’m u sure why it took nearly 7 working days to ship my order. I’m not one to complain but disappointed with the service.

This site has a very good selection of hen party personalised items at a decent price however ... I ordered personalised bottles for my bridal team and purchased them with a 48 hour tracker on a Saturday however it took a whole week to receive the items. Despite receiving a refund for the postal error I was hugely disappointed by the customer service. I had to email (first) to get an update on my delivery which I expected to arrive no later than Thursday but before emailing I tried to call (during my work day!) and stayed on hold for 17 mins before the call was hung up on the receiving side. After having the phone put down on me I sent a sharp email and received an email straight back which indicated that the office staff just didn’t want to answer the phone. Overall products are good but service wasn’t nice.
