The wings where the size I needed which was good but the quality of them wasn't brilliant. a lot of the feathers fell off from opening them then continued to fall off throughout the day. I luckily only needed them for a couple of hours and not need to use them again because I couldn't. He cardboard ripped where the strap atttatched to them because or the poor quality of materials used. The wings actually fell backwards when putting them on because the straps were not placed in the right position to hold the heavy wings in place. So this lead to me having to spend hours altering them which I don't think I should have had to do. I know these arnt a massive amount of money but they arnt cheap enough for this to happen. I was very disappointed, but they done me for an hour which is what I needed it for. I wouldn't buy these if I needed them for more than a couple of hours

Arrived on time but one of the tiaras is broken and the hen party is on Friday night.

The hair band was very brittle and the pink bride badge had already broken off when I opened it. I've since made my own as altho it was for a joke present it wasn't good enough to give. Won't be using again.

I was charged for two items I did not receive with my order and no explanation or reason given for why they were not included or any refund offered. Janette

Mirrors were disappointing image on website suggests they are twofold. In fact they look like a tin badge without the pin. No tote bags included. I have e mailed the company twice & had no response.

Hi Marguerite, Apologies you thought the mirrors were twofold we have chosen the image so the customer is able to see both sided in one image. In Regards to the tote bags, we do not state in the product description that the mirror comes with a tote bag. Kind Regards Lauren

I submitted a small order by purchasing a honeycomb bride table centrepiece and 2 packs of bride to be paper plates. Received an email confirming, followed by another email telling me the paper plates were now out of stock. Despite the only item left( table centrepiece ) costing far less than the delivery fee to send it, I was not then offered the chance to cancel this remaining part of the order. Subsquently, I later received the centrepiece along with a statement which stated that I had been charged the full cost of my original order (for plates and centrepiece) and payment was received. I had to take the time to email customer services to query this and although the response was prompt and courteous and I was assured the cost of the plates had been refunded, I do feel this was a poor service. Quite disappointed and won't be using the company again

Was offered free delivery, then when I checked my PayPal I was charged £6 for delivery, when I questioned it I was just told it was a website mistake, I needed the item fast so I had to pay the £6 in the end. Bad service

Rose petals ordered arrived in a crumpled box which was not sealed and many had fallen out. The hen veil was very poor quality and I won't be using it. Looks nothing like the picture.

I purchased a silver sequinned waistcoat. The picture clearly shows a full backed item. When it arrived it was a halterneck. I am very disappointed. I'm holding on to it for the moment in case I can't find a replacement. If not, I will have to adapt this one to suit.

Poor quality of colour in Personalised Spotty Hen party Badges. Could hardly make out the name but had no other option than to use them. Total waste of £28......

T shirts don't look nothing like the picture you advertising. Size ing I had to work that out myself your size chat states 12/ 14/ 16 and so on yet when they turned up there sized. L xl and so on definitely won't shop with you again nor would I recommend your company.

The first batch of sashes were perfect! The second one that I ordered especially for the Bride to Be was incorrect - even after being advised by an employee on how to order - very disappointed. I didn't want to waste money by ordering yet another one :- (. Sorry!

The product was a cheap product. Also to top it off they charged me £5.99 to post 3 sashes I missed but I know for a fact that it costs £1.27 first class through Royal Mail as I post things daily. Then when I wrote to someone they sent me a very short email back. Great customer service
