“Website is poor, does not allow billing address to be different from delivery address and vice versa. Poorly packaged so things were just loose in the plastic bag and wrappers damaged.”

“I'm very sorry to say I was very disappointed with my purchase the item I received was nothing like the item pictured, it wAs cheaper version I sent a few emails to get a anwser for why they had sent the wrong item before I received a email back, which I was then informed the original item was discontinued and that was the replacement I was really looking forward to receiving my item and found the website fantastic lots to offer at good prices I planned on ordering more items for my sister in laws hen party but now I will think twice as the items are not what are pictured”

“Looked everywhere for some leg warmers for my mum, as we like to wear them under our long boots to fill the boot. I brought these ones and they are TINY!! They're just about long enough to cover the leg, but far to tight! Any bigger than supper skinny legs then I wouldn't bother, as they'll be no good for you”

“I ordered a number of things to put together little gift bags foe everyone on the Hen Do. The order came quickly, no complaints there, as i had ordered late. However, there were things missing from the order. The gift bags I had ordered were not included, so I had to rush out the day before the hen do and buy other one. Also, the shot glass necklaces did arrive. I have tried calling the company a number of times and never get through. I don't like leaving feed back like this, but I have been unable to speak to anyone.”

“Hello I'm very disappointed I ordered hen party boxes (flat , make them up yourself) which are cardboard they were posted in a bag so have arrived all bashed and ripped :(”

“I could not add my company address for the delivery. Product didn't look as nice as the image and i started receiving marketing emails when i did not subscribe to these.”

“The T-shirts we ordered are not the correct size guide, i am normally a 14/16 and the shirt i got was so huge on me, the 10-12 fits perfectly on me and i have never worn this size. I now have to pay to get this altered! also the material is very thin not good quality at all. The leg warmers, and knee high stockings are great and the tape, but very disappointed in the shirts.”

“One of the bunny ears had fallen off in transit and the furry tail is getting more sparse every day. Every time we pick it up more hair falls out.”

“Print quality was ok, delivery was super quick. "Sashes" wernt sahes as didnt join, just long strips of ribbon with no joining anywhere, had to use elestic bands to hold them together'- spolit look and start of night.”
