Lovely design on T-shirt can’t deny that. Looks lovely. But unfortunately I have an issue with sizing. I ordered a size L to go up a size from my usual size I go for. It’s arrived and it’s more of a really really really small Size M more of a small if I’m honest. I’m gonna have to try and seriously stretch it considering it can’t be sent back as it’s customised. Kind of disappointed😟

Sorry but I am unable to write a good review. The item would have been fine but unfortunately the crown bit with bride to be was smashed to pieces due to not enough protective wrapping in the post. Complete waste of money!

Would have been nice I guess but Royal Mail didn't deliver next day as paid for because a signature was required, had I known I could have made arrangements, so didn't have them for hen party

Hi Lorraine, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. Royal Mail's Special Next Day Delivery Service does require a signature, so they would not have been able to deliver if nobody was in to sign for it. We find that the required signature service is beneficial as our customers can have peace of mind knowing that their orders have been received safely rather than left with an unknown neighbour. We do state on the Delivery Information page that Next Day Delivery requires a signature, although I am sorry if this was not clear to you. I purchased the v neck ladies hen t shirt. The quality is good but it is very small and short. I'm a size 12 and ordered an XL for comfort. I'm going to have to wear a long vest underneath it.

We offer a range of t-shirt styles to our customers, so we are sorry to hear that this particular t-shirt style wasn’t the best fit for you. Available online is a size guide for all of the t-shirt styles and sizes that we offer. In addition to this there is a short description of the t-shirt style, accurate measurements (length and chest) and an approximate UK size. We provide all of these details to help customers choose the right t-shirt for their desired size and fit, as unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on our t-shirts/hoodies. Our V-Neck t-shirt is described as 'Girly and feminine with shaped side seams to enhance curves' with the length detailed on the size guide as ranging from 62cm (XS) to 67cm (2XL). Out of all of the t-shirt style on offer, for a longer length I would recommend to customers the Premium Unisex T-shirt. This t-shirt style offers a longer length on a high quality silky smooth premium t-shirt – the length ranges between 66cm (XS) to 80cm (2XL) on this t-shirt. The sash looked great in Rose Gold but it broke before the night was out. Paid a lot for something that didn't last long

The sash that you had purchased from us is from the Ginger Ray range and is made from paper. The paper sash is intended for use in a Bridal Party setting, rather than a traditional hens night out, due to the risk of breaking when dancing etc (made of paper). As an alternative option, we offer our own personalised sashes which are made from a thick satin ribbon, making the product more durable at only £3.47, a real bargain! We want all of our customers to be happy, and as we are really sorry that the paper sash broke before your hen night had finished, we have issued you a refund for the product. Recently bought personalised hen party bags nowhere does it say online you have to stick each sticker on yourself - bought these thinking it would reduce time we don’t have to faf about.

The dressing robes were fine for the slim girls the large just about touch side on me mob and the mog a little disappointed as the photos weren’t so good. Ecause of this. Maybe make a little more generously please. I paid for a gown I wouldn’t normally have purchased for one photo which had robe taken of our chest up.

Hi Fay, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly I must say that you all look lovely, and I think the pictures look great so thank you for sharing those with us. Secondly I would like to apologies that the robes were slightly on the smaller size for some of the girls. The Team Bride robes that you have purchased are pre-packaged items that we sell, so we do not personally create these and therefore are unable to offer different sizes. The robes are generic, and therefore are returnable if in an unused condition and not worn. The sizing of the robe is detailed on the product page as a One Size robe, with an approximate UK size as between UK 6-16. So again, our apologies that these robes did not fit comfortably for the whole party. For any future purchases, we do offer a personalised robe which is available in a range of sizes, rather than the one size of the generic robe. The sizes range from a Small (UK 8) to 6XL (UK 24) in the personalised robes, which are also available online. At checkout, your website stated to write your description exactly how you wanted it printed.... which I did. However when my top came through, it was not written as per my request. I stated Marbella - it came through as Marbs I typed LAURA all in capitals for the back - it came through Laura

I'd originally ordered the gloss type bag, but I received an email the next day advising they were out of stock - why they were being advertised in the first place I don't know! However they did offer a replacement - which was the paper type bag which I thought would be fine. When it arrived I wondered where the rest of the bag was - it's tiny! I've basically paid £3/£4 for a bloody "here comes the bride" sticker. I bought a pack of 12 plain purple bags of amazon for the same price and these were a more generous size. Not overly happy but it will have to do!

Please accept our apologies that you are not happy with the purple paper bag that was offered as a replacement to the purple gloss bag, in addition to the pink/white gloss bag currently available. Unfortunately due to the item being personalised, we are unable to remove purple gloss bags from our website, and so we do apologise for this. If you would like to return the unused paper bag, we will be happy to provide you with a refund for the cost of the paper bag (28p). The cost of the product purchased reflects the cost of the personalised sticker, plus the gift bag chosen. Please be aware that a refund of 50p was issued to you for the difference between the gloss bag originally chosen, to the paper bag that was sent as a replacement. The hat arrived the packaging wasn't very good to protect the hat from being damaged it was creased on top and the sides .it might have been damaged in the post but sum carboard inside the hat might have prtected a little bit .sorry for bad review .

Looked decent when on. But quality wasn’t very good. The clips that held the ears on to the headband must have been really weak as the ears continuously fell off when being worn.

Order came on time. But when I opened it i was very disappointed with the quality, the sashes were really cheap looking and very small, the veil looked so much better online and so did the bride to be badge, I'm returning these 3 items. I did how ever like the L plates and gift bags these were also not what I expected but they are fine. If your looking for a really tacky cheap hen do then this website is great!
