I bought a bright pink feather boa which I wore over my dress and white cardigan. When I took it off it had left a pink stain on my cardigan and dress and the feathers came out really quickly and left a mess everywhere. Will be throwing the boa away.

Although these items are meant to be temporary party items rather than lifelong investments, this item should not have performed as you have mentioned, so I shall forward this issue on to our supplier. I ordered a bride horns pack etc, the wand was broken on arrival and the horn fell of the veil after an hour. Totally ruined the brides outfit

I still haven't received anything yet and i ordered everything on July 5th. Never got a follow up email to say your delivery is on route. Disappointed i had to follow up with you. Replied to email order emails as well and they came back undelivered, then couldn't find the address to email you. Will update when i receive my order Nicola

Hi Nicola, I'm really sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived and that you have had problems contacting us. The box was damaged on arrival. It had a big hole in it. Not acceptable to give as a gift.

I ordered sashes and money came out of my account, recieved an email a few days later informing me they were sold out. They should of been advertised initially as sold out. I have recieved a refund in the meantime.

prompt delivery & pleased with the look of my angel wings. It's a shame lots of the feathers fell off while putting the wings on and proceeded to fall off throughout the party!

What a total nightmare. The order didn't arrive. Chased it and in their favour they apologised and said it would all be resent. 2 days later one item arrived, but nothing else. Contacted them again, appears only that item was reordered not the whole thing. Again, in their favour, they apologised again and said the items would be resent and would reach me the next day. Nothing arrived at work, which was the address I use for parcels. Got home to find a post office slip. It had been sent to my billing address, so I then had to go and pick the parcel up from a post Office Depot. Will. It be using this company again, and will. It recommend them to anyone.

All was excellent apart from the fact one of the tshirts received was for another hen party and no one is answering the phone or emailing back to correct this. I really hope my order is put right in the next week

I was refunded for items out of order but when box arrived I was left short of 2 other items which had not been sent. Then had to email to try sort this.

Paid for next day delivery, didn't get the items, had to call them for them to say oh they're are waiting for the medium shirts, all be it they came two days after that but their communication is vileeeee and the shirts didn't look black but more a dusty navy

One of the items I ordered was incorrect at delivery. I've rung at least twice a day since and it always goes through to voicemail immediately. I had a couple of return calls that I missed but when I rang back still no answer. There is no email address to correspond with and my hen party is a week today, looks like I'm going with an incomplete outfit!

The handcuffs arrived missing diamontes and part of the letters were missing on the crown but I didn't not have time to return or complain as they were needed for the hen party the following day.

There was no follow up when I made my purchase. I was left to wonder whether my gift would arrive and in turn had to email the company myself. I received an email back with a picture to show the item had went through but nothing to say if it would be on time when I needed it or any justification as to why I had to follow this line of enquiry at all. The product was okay when it arrived, wasn't what I was expecting from the information given however I was happy with what I paid for it. Also came on time which was a major plus. I just felt the whole operation of it was a little shoddy. Probably wouldn't use them again.

T shirt sizing is totally wrong..even using sizing guide on website to get correct size for ladies..far too skimpy! T-shirt quality poor.
