For 3 months tried to order the £40 minimum order no postage - constant Out of Stock issues. so delay/ saved basket ... tried 6 times to contact both email/call to no avail - no one answered! recording message said to leave message but cuts you of...the email notification of when product back in stock bounces back so the office does not receive the request! So in the end l had to do 3 separate orders with postage charge & spend over £70 in the process! Good products but a nightmare, time consuming & frustrating to order across the board - get more stock in! Summer time is the busiest!

Some of my goods arrived damaged, broken and not as advertised. Customer service did not resolve the issue and didn't care that they sent me faulty goods. No apology was given, they offered to replace one item, i'm still waiting... I will not be using Hen Party Superstore again.

I wasn't happy as I paid for 60 bags and labels and only got 58 labels which meant my guest never received there gift bags and made me look very bad. Also I paid for them, I have anothe hen in October and I wouldn't use this service again

The order came in good time, but the quality of the items were poor. The veil was not put on correctly and looked funny on the bride to be. Also the L plate only had one pin on it, it was either put in the wrong place or need two, as it did not sit right and was wonky when worn.

I did not receive my order on time and therefore it was no longer needed. I have asked for a refund

I ordered chocolates and they weren't wrapped well for postage..... As a result, they were all broken on delivery!!! Also, one item which I ordered never arrived. The company did say they would send on the item which didn't arrive. However, I've heard nothing about replacement chocolates ????

I had ordered 15 items of certain products for a hen party group, they only sent one of each and 7 party bags!! when I needed 15. On going back into the web page the items I needed were now out of stock!!! I had no mention of this when order was processed and I've emailed company twice for a refund on the 7 bags - no reply as yet

Tshirts are not accurate size I order all tshirts a size bigger and they have still come up tight store is yet to respond with an answer to this. When I first put my order in there was a technical issue shame as the tshirt are good and was going to make another order

Paid for express delivery by Royal Mail and didn't receive goods before I went on hen due which was no good to me. Returning items and requesting money back because broke agreement in delivery

Orderd with plenty of time for going away on 21st....order was out 12th Apri 2ndclass post....still havnt got it hve emailed and the address was correct so can't give an opinion on the quality as going away tonight....minus the order.

The item I received was poorly made. The stars were hanging off the veil. There was dried glue on the veil where the stars and diamante were stuck on. The flashing lights weren't very good. I was not happy for the item to be used, therefore I have returned it for a full refund. Delivery-wise the item arrived very quickly, but unfortunately this is the only positive thing I have to say.

I placed my order on the 30th March and expected the delivery within 5 working days. I had ordered over £70 worth of supplies and had enough time if the delivery was a couple of days out. When the 5 days passed, i called HPS and they said to wait till after the weekend as it goes out with 2nd class post. I thought this was odd considering my order online still only said dispatched. So i waited and it didnt arrive. I then tried to contact again and their phones were down. The following day i had been waiting for the delivery for 9 days and needed it for two days time. I managed to get hold of them and they said that they could do a 2 day dispatch but not for the customised items. If i wanted those, they couldn't guarantee i would receive them. That was very disappointing and as my confidence has been knocked and i wasn't sure i was going to get anything i made some emergency purchases elsewhere. Fortunately i did receive my goods the next day, ahead of schedule. i was so relieved and thought things were coming together, till i opened the box. Most of it was fine and of the sort of quality you would expect. However i purchased a veil that had flashing lights that was not in any sort of protective packaging. where it was in the box it had got attached to the tape and because it was so flimsy it just fell apart. it also had a very long dark hair embedded in it, which was also not very nice. I also ordered some bunny sets which were such bad quality that they fell apart as soon as you touched them. finally, i bought a banner that was to say from miss to mrs. when i ordered it, it was in stock, however when they actually packed my delivery it wasnt. Rather than getting me a like for like or one of more value, they substituted it for one that was cheaper and not at all like the one i had wanted. I thought that was very cheeky considering they were trying to charge me the same. In the end i called and asked for a refund of all those items, which i received. Whilst they were quick to resolve the issue, it left me very unsure and anxious. I will not be using this supplier again.

I made an order nearly two weeks ago and still have no received anything. I filled out the contact us form twice online and still have not got back! I have also phoned and left a voicemail aswell.

Firstly I would like to say I was impressed with the quick delivery. Unfortunately due to the item I ordered being a novelty item, the quality was very poor. This was of course very disappointing because it was not cheap and I wanted to give it as a gift. It's fine for a laugh but would be so much better if the fabric of the item was thicker and a better quality. The printing was okay but again not the quality I expected. As I said this was unfortunate because the service was good and ease of the ordering process was easy:(
