“12 days on still waiting for my delivery, no answer to e mail , no answer on phone after holding for 30 minutes, now to report and try and get my money back as hen party this weekend”

“I placed a large order for my hen do on a Tuesday night/early hours Wednesday morning. I paid £5.99 for next day delivery to ensure my items would arrive before the Saturday which was my hen do party. For some unknown reason my items weren't sent out until the Friday and I didn't receive them until the following week (TODAY)! I have emailed, reached out on their social media pages and nothing!! I've rang over 30 times and each time the automated service told me an agent wasn't available. Luckily I had a spare hour on the Saturday to run out and grab bits I needed. I wouldn't mind if they would have just got back to me and let me know they had sent it out days late. It would have given me time to prepare and get everything I needed as a backup. Shocking customer service. Items have been collected and ready to be returned to the company.”

“Quality of 3 out of 5 items was horrendous. Waited well over a week for a response from the company - they say it should be no more than 48 hours by this point the hen had been and gone! Terrible service and terrible products! Still no further forward with a refund.”

“extra bezahlt für schnelle Lieferung, zu späte Lieferung, Zollgebühren für Artikel die nie angekommen sind! Finger weg - einfach enttäuscht, der eine drittel der angekommen ist, wäre schön - jedoch nicht komplett!”

“I ordered on this website on 20 of August. I paid for the fastest delivery possible , 2, 3 working days to the republic of Ireland. I was charged for this order. Apparently looking on the tracking page using the tracking number I received from hen party superstore the package was delivered to me on the 15 of September. I have no idea what happened there because I got no phone call , basically I received no package so I don;t know what could have happened. However, setting aside that on the tracking page it says that I received the package and I did not, something else that bothers me is that I paid around 10 euro on the fastest delivery which was supposed to take 2 3 days, and the package was "delivered" 20 days later. I could have paid less on the delivery if the package was not going to make it in 2 3 days anyway.”

“Terrible customer service, zero responses from their email or social media pages. I ordered my items more than two weeks before our hens party event and I paid extra for next day delivery (taking into account 2 days for personalization of items). The items were finally received one week after the party and 3 days after the wedding day. I have emailed and called many times with no response. I want a refund on my items and my delivery fees. I would never order from this company again, I will highly recommend that people dont use them either and I will be reporting them to the Trade & Standards.”

“I ordered from this website and my package was dispatched on the 25th of August. I paid for the fastest delivery possible: Republic of Ireland Tracked Delivery (2-3 Days) £9.95 (2-3 Working Days) Tracked Service The hen took place and I still did not get my items. Really disappointed.”

“I sent an email to chase my order - nobody replied. I sent an email regarding a missing item TWICE and nobody replied. I sent a Facebook message, it was read and nobody replied! Happy to take your money but not happy to sort out any issues - AVOID”

“Abysmal. I would give minus stars. I am shocked and disappointed that you would take advantage of the Covid-19 situation to take people’s money for express delivery for 10 products, deliver one product that was late and still charge for 10 and express delivery. I’ve still not been refunded and it’s despicable. Never use this company.”

“Sorry but definitely not worth the money. I purchased the lip balms had to even put on my own labels which were also unreadable. Just very disappointed and would have asked for a refund but times are difficult for everyone at the moment.”
