Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can see that your order was placed after 4pm on Friday 25th May and that is was dispatched on 29th May (as expected) following the Bank Holiday Weekend. Chosen delivery was ROI Priority Delivery which is a 3-6 working day delivery method. Delivery is therefore due on or before Wednesday 6th June. Hi Tatiana, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The product that you have ordered, product code: 380012, is our Hen Party Wedding Favour Basket (Real Metal). Unfortunately this is a favour basket, and not a flower basket, so we apologise for any confusion caused by this. In the item description, we do provide measurements of the basket (6cm Width x 8cm High), and so we apologise if the close picture caused confusion. I ordered off you's on the early hours of the 8th of March and still haven't received my order so I can not review something I haven't received yet ! I have sent an email to your support team an have heard nothing back either

Ordered 12 t-shirt with The only way is Essex print. What arrived was a different story. The smaller sized t-shirts were as expected short sleeve fitted jersey tops print reasonable quality. However the plus size t-shirts were actually mens crew neck t-shirts, which look awful and are far to long. Sold not as displayed on website, no mention anywhere that plus size t-shirts will be any different. No refund as they are printed! Wasted £100 as these have had to be reordered from a different company to ensure they are all the same. Disappointed is an understatement. Would not recommend and will not use the website again.

As mentioned on our website, our Unisex Fit t-shirts (UK size 20 to 24) feature a straight-cut style and longer length, compared to our Lady Fit t-shirts (UK size 8 to 18) which feature a tapered waist. the sizing is ridiculous way off I’m a small 14 I ordered an xl 18 and it fits were it touches my mum the same size and smaller than me the same my sister a 16 hers also doesn’t for an xxl 20 for printing good product for sizes ridiculous

Trying and trying to make contact with some questions before I order. Have been on hold on the phone for a long, long time with no answer - sent several email requesting callback. No response. I don't trust these people.

The personalisation on the top was not in the right place as advertised on the website. As a result, the top is unwearable as it looks stupid. As I am in work between 9.30 and 4.30 in the week (a situation which I am sure is the same for most people) I have been unable to get hold of anyone. Poor.

I have checked the design and can confirm that their was a confusion with your personalisation and the design, and therefore a mistake was made, resulting in the wrong personalisation being created. Due to this, I have issued a full refund for the item and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. I only tested one. And found it very difficult to open. And the. Bubbles produced. Very minimal. I actually was hoping . Do you have anything that blows bigger. Bubbles ?? to use them at the end of March. In the tables for my 80 th Birthday. But don’t think I will now. My friends and family would have equal difficulty

I did not receive my order in time for the hen party, even after paying extra for fast delivery, still haven’t gotten anything, have emailed twice and no reply-would definitely not recommend!!

Sailor Girl Fancy Dress Striped Blue/White Style T-Shirt Chose the 8-10 size since I'm on the small size, closer to an 8, however this sizing is more like a 4-6 and has a VERY small opening to get your head through. I had to force my head through and heard a snap from the threads. It's really tight around the arms and chest area, however I desperately needed this for an event so it will have to do. I recommend going a size or two up, or not buying this at all until these issues are fixed. A shame as the material is soft and the quality is fine.

I bought 9 hen boppers. Majority of them were broken, or the top parts fell off whilst wearing them. They were a big part of the hen and was really upset as we couldn't wear them. I wouldn't recommend the boppers to anyone as they are not good quality.
